Basically you buy potatoes as small as you can find, wash the sand off, then boil them in more salt than Dead Sea. Serve with mojo sauce (which is redundant, because "mojo" means "sauce"), or with whatever you like if you can't find mojo in store. I have never tried papas arrugás with mayo or sour cream, but I'm sure it'll be delicious that way too.

I’ve been making this cake for a while now. I’ve personally been calling it the “Dream Delight” since it’s closest to a delight. As an American I had trouble finding Quark, and cottage cheese isn’t a good substitute. I recommend yogurt for someone trying to substitute it. Greek or Vanilla yogurt is pretty good.
