Map suggestion: a true RNG map. Some random logic gates makes the route different every time. Maybe have different finishes. Maybe like a dueling rollercoaster with crossovers. Sometimes you drop through the floor, sometimes you jump. Sometimes the all the logical paths are blocked and you go off track? Thanks!

After watching some switching lap tracks, I wonder if a true lap track is actually possible. Passing the exact same checkpoints and the finish line multiple times. Or maybe a combo of both worlds - a 3 lap track where the second lap is exactly the same and the last one brought you straight to hell. Great track, btw. Always love a good flowy track.
@OriginalPiMan4 күн бұрын
It's very possible. You just need to rig a logic trigger such that passing through it 3 times is what opens the path to the finish, perhaps in the pit area.
@codewaltgaming4 күн бұрын
@@Lake_Filter there is a bit of logic I have access to that would make this possible, however the only downside is that we don't have the ability to make multiple use checkpoints

Biking for 25 minutes on every grocery trip sounds like the perfect distance to stay in shape without doing other exercise.
@hieronymusnervig87122 күн бұрын
Also just saying, if you need to bike 25 minutes to get to the grocery store, either you live in the sticks or your town has terrible infrastructure. Getting those bikelanes down is the first step and enables further change. You shouldn't need a car for day-to-day work stuff. Doesn't mean you're not allowed to use it. But you shouldn't need it.

I don't know why I find it amusing that some people from European countries don't realize the actual scale of the US. People in Europe can drive 4-5 hours and end up in entirely different countries. People in the US can drive 4-5 hours and not even leave their home state. It's like a saying I heard some time ago. Something like: Americans think 100 years is a long time, while British people think 100 miles is a long way. I somewhat regularly make 4-5 hour trips to take care of calls for work, then drive back home the same day.

cool track but definitely don't finish with the idea. this was more like a complex figure eight. there should be obstacles that change on the same track or something to maintain the concept of being a second lap.
@Necrotechian4 күн бұрын
can't you just drive between the buildings on the left after checkpoint 7? and have a straighter path? also on a side note to changing path it would be a lot more work t design the map so that the paths you use to drive only appear after you go through the logic blocks triggering... or the old path vanishig like with a whole building or some land slide appearing there instead of just a gate blocking the way.... but this was a really nice looking map

I think his complaint is that the suggestions aren't for any particular person. The suggestion he would value most, is one where someone thinks "I think Kan would make a really interesting track with this idea." But when the idea goes in every comments section, the meaning is "I had an idea and I want a KZbinr or streamer to make it for me; I don't care who."

Half their Life Driving?! How? First X years you arnt allowed to Drive So then you'd have to spend more than 12h aday in you adult years in a car just to break even thats 80+ hours in a car, Each week (Probaly need 90+) to get close to "Half your Life" I think even Truck Drivers would have issues hitting those Numbers

@LordDragox4123 күн бұрын
@@anjuju2 Yeah, it would be more accurate to say USA citizens spend more time driving than walking. That is a fact and is caused by urban design that is actively hostile to pedestrians.
@MuljoStpho3 күн бұрын
Maybe if you exclude sleeping time from the stats, so the claim is "half of the time that they're awake is spent driving" instead of "half of their life is spent driving"? But even then, you'll probably still be looking only at the most extreme examples such as long haul truck drivers to have any chance of backing that up. The average person might have however long the commute to and from work is each day for 5 days each week (and the daily total for that will be different for each person but will always be thought of as too high even for those fortunate enough to have a relatively short trip each day), plus a little extra time here and there for other little trips like if they stop at their nearest grocery store (you're not generally going to go too far out of your way for this type of stop, shorter trips than your work commute if you can help it), and for most people it'd be a bit of a special occasion (not something too routine) if they spend their weekend driving out somewhere that's several hours away.
