In order to summon the Caius from my hand I require a sacrifice! In which case I'll sacrifice god! Imagine how much joy the first db random must have felt when he was told he gets to draw 5 off jar. He has been sitting around playing his cards thinking they are neat and then all of a sudden he draws to 5 out of nowhere. From his point of view jar just evolved mid match into a new better effect. I wish my cards randomly drew me way more cards than normal.

I may have missed it, but did you consider My Body as a Shield for the deck? It negates most outs for Obelisk without targeting him

Have you considered granmole? I personally find it hard to play an ultimate offering deck without the mole in it cause its just busted to summon back again during the opponents battle phase and basically is limitless removal

Ive seen Obelisk once in the few months I've been playing edison. He soul exchanged my only monster for obelisk. My turn comes around bora and kalut in hand, i top deck sirroco. I laughed maniacally i beat over obelisk. He scooped on his top deck.

years after edison i played him in frogs but we had ronintoadin. 3 enemy controler main Ladd 3 and only one Obelisk. a cool thing about him, u can stop otks with him and ladd.

I have been told by multiple Tourneys and some RBET that Obelisk is not legal for Edison so I'm confused. Either those ppl were wrong or am I supposed to use a specific version of Obelisk. I do own 3 copies of Shonen Jump Obelisk. Just confused and love to know cuz I wanna play this deck for a tourney so I can have an excuse to act like Kaiba
