U should expand the castle back so u can add more interior to the castle maybe foot soldiers suddenly going to arms in a panic
@Mr_Bone_Head2 ай бұрын
5:48 Fun fact, arrow slits do sometimes appear on the bottom of castles, but not on the ground floor because this would give the defenders better view and range to the outside. The defenders would built wooden scaffolds and ramps in order to get to them from what i've gathered and they're commonly 5 ft off the ground

Lore adds so much to this mocs story! Loving it❤ I personally think that the bright green is little too bright for that part, (it could be better if it would blend gradually) but the moc looks amazing still❤ those accessories like tent and supply vaggon are amazing. Also that graveyard is so cool with the skeleton placements! Overall amazing moc and I am waiting to see more mocs❤ (whispering house of the dragon season 2 :)

This is a very nice Moc, with quite a bit of balance on either side. I love the choices of minifigs, terrain and the castle section just looks professional. You could probably expand it a little to have slightly more room for Basil's camp and on the other side to make the castle larger. Still, I think it is a complete scene on its own and you can reposition and change the minifigure scenes on occasion to make it a little more fresh if you desire to do so. Thanks for the upload!
@cepateoignons90772 ай бұрын
We definitely need a part 2 ! With a longer terrain too, so that you can have more of the cemetery and more tents, with the camp further from the rempart

love the vid! can't wait for part 2! I also have a little suggestion, you should give the golden king some shoulder pads, because he looks very underdressed compared to the army.
@HegyiJanos-yo6xp2 ай бұрын
Two things look off to me in this moc: 1: That red tree is very out of place, at least the little hill it sits on. You have all these darker, earthy colors with brown, tan and that green idk the name of, and then boom, suddenly a big bright green blob with basically no gradient. I think recoloring the hill or adding a few bright greent plates could help. 2: That tan overhang on the castle walls looks really minecrafty. You could've added wooden supports in the back for the area where the figures stand, and make the battlements sit on those upside down slopes, maybe with alternating 1x2s or 1x1s. These are only my stupid nitpicks, I still love the build and the video! I'm not a "professional moc builder" nor an artist, it's just how I'd have done it, and at the end of the day, the only thing that matters in moc building is that you enjoyed doing the build :)

A little tip if you want more of these knights I recommend set 70806. It's a lego movie set that gives you 2 crown knights and a lot of banners and insignia to use as details. I personally bought 2. That MOC looks great! One thing I’d suggest is to try and upgrade basil to help him stand out more from the other knights. I used a black Imperium armor and a Bone King torso coupled with an old Stone Warrior pair of legs from Ninjago to keep the coloring consistent but look more armored up. Only downside is the cape fits weird, but it looks really cool!
