She is one lucky little girl. Make sure that you take lots of photos. In fact, do lots of videos of the whole room so that when she grows up, she will know how fortunate she was to have a daddy like that to build her her own house at the age of three years old, you are one awesome daddy. That absolutely sucks. I’m sorry that you have to deal with that. My was a master carpenter, but he never made me anything. He was abusive. I’m in my 40s and I gathered the strength to remove myself from the family. He still abuses my mother. My sister drinks to cope. I don’t know what’s worse being abandoned or abused. Neither one of us deserved it. I hope you’ve found healing and peace. My heart goes out to you❤

It’s wonderful. I know how she feels. My father built a house for my sister and I in our basement too. Wasn’t as fancy as that but we had windows, table, flower box. Moving in was fun.

Wow! This is one blessed little girl to have a daddy who loves her so much. I'm 65 yrs old and wanted to have my own house so bad that my mother got me a pink cardboard kitchen set from The Salvation Army, a new Easy bake oven and a doll crib for the doll baby my Nana gave me when I was 5yrs old which I still have by the way. My bedroom so big that I sectioned it off into separate rooms. What a wonderful childhood I had and my memories of that time fills my heart with joy. I pray that this little one gets a lot of use out of her house because the memories will last her a lifetime ❤

When I was little my Daddy built my own playhouse as well, he told everyone it was for the motorcycles and go carts, so I didn't pay much attention until shutters in my favorite color went up, it was a surprise for me! He built my oldest son a 'club house ' as well when he was little, but this one, he built downstairs in their extra room...when I inquired as to why it was indoors and not outdoors like mine, he said because he has to keep his grandson safe ...mine was outside, way down in the back 40...what about my safety as a child??? I am a Gen X'r...that says it all!!! My Daddy left us in 2017, we haven't been the same since. This is just beautiful and such a bonding moment for father & child.
