That completed paint job is mind blowing - it suits it so well! The speed of that menace 🤣 holy moly. Absolutely brilliant. 10:25 taking the camera with it = 10/10. Well played brother, well played.

Just wish I had secured the frame to the chassis better, I could only drive about 10 feet before it crashed lol 🤣
@Biggles369Ай бұрын
Excellent job, definitely faster than the MAC truck, but not as robust. 😂
@MiniatureHobbyistАй бұрын
Yup almost too much speed lol, I should have used gaffa tape all over it lol 🙂

Loved it my dude!! Probably could have stuffed the hollows with something to give it a bit more stability. If you wanted the Bobbles to be a bit more secure, the Heads are usually better with a long 'neck' piece that sit inside the hollow of the torso, and attached to the inside-top of the body with a piece of wire (used to have a few bobble-head toys as a kid. For the next Chassis - The Mystery Machine is all well and good, would be a bit like the A-Team truck you did in the past - BUT - You could always try to replicate an Orky version of one of the 'Wacky Races' vehicles as well... Lots of options there!

Ha ha. What a thoroughly enjoyable and fun video. Its great that you involved your son, it reminds me of when I was a little boy and my brothers and I used to help our Dad with his crazy mechano projects.

I still regret that we didn't get to see you blow up the Tau Manta, so seeing this behemoth fall to pieces was a nice treat. How much heavier was it after the MH-treatment, do you reckon? And how much speed did it lose? Not very much I suspect. It would have been nice to see a speed test on a stretch of flat road. All in all, this was a fun project, I really enjoyed it!

I was surprised how quick it was and just wish I had spent more time making sure the body didnt fall off, Im taking the buggy out with its original shell to see just how quick it is 🙂

If you're going to be putting all that work into a conversion you might be better off starting with a known brand hobby grade RC rather than a toy as you'll find it much easier to get spare parts if anything breaks which is also less likely.
