I like to give you some tips regarding goalkeepers, in case you didn’t know. The Goali uses gravity to get quickly down to get low balls. In a way, he is pulling away his leg in order to fall down,like ball comes to your left in low, you kind of pull away your left leg so you “fall down”. When the ball comes centered, you turn in one knee, so your hip turns a bit in order to prevent the ball slipping through your legs. One more thing: when the goalie is “flying” for high balls far out, he should use the arm who is on top (if you are horizontally in the air.) So from ego perspective, if you jump to your left you should use your right arm. Playing FIFA and PES I always noticed that gravity is not physically implemented it seems always faked and imitated. Maybe this is the solution for many challenges like ball trajectory and goalkeeper movement. Great work you doing !!!

This is looking really good! For even better goalie movement, consider having them lower their stance (bend knees more) when the attacker is close. This is crucial for reacting to ground-level shots and gives them a better base for diving.

Looks great so far, excited for more updates! Not sure if anyone's pointed this out, but the limb stretching during movement looks a bit off. Maybe lowering the modifier of how far the models can reach, would make it feel more natural and closer to how bodies move in real life. I know it's not fine tuned yet and it's just a proof of concept currently, but I'd definitely like to see how it looks with the stretching toned down a bit!

I think this is an amazing base to build multiplayer party game of anarchy football. Something with the tone of Human Fall Flat or Totally Accurate Battle Simulator that pushes Football into weird configurations. With so much of the game being physics based, there's a lot of potential modularity to be ablet to quickly prototype weird modes. Some ideas for wild modes: - The ball it turns into differently shaped objects routinely - Everyone has a big goal strapped to their back so everyone is constantly kicking balls at each other - A polygonal field with one side per player and the goal is as long as the whole side of the field. Players have to swap between being dribblers and goalkeepers constantly. - The field has goals set into walls like pockets of a billiard table, every player has their own colored ball, and you can only score once you've first bounced your ball off a wall or another player's ball. Double score for hitting another player's ball before getting a goal. - Everyone has a ball and there is one goal in the middle of the field. The winner is the last player left with a ball not in the goal.
