About the game:
Instruments of Destruction features an advanced physics-based destruction system. You can demolish every structure in the game piece by piece. In addition, every object you see in the game world--save for small decorative plants and rocks--is part of the physics system. Each element of the world interacts with each other and together they create a physical, visceral world to play with.
Build Your Vehicle
Build a vehicle your way, with an ever-expanding array of parts and pieces. Using an intuitive vehicle construction system that also lets you customize your vehicles' appearance and controls, you'll always have fun creating your next awesome invention.
From simple splitters to advanced joints, a variety of parts slowly unlock as you play through the game, and each unlocks countless new possibilities.
While some vehicles will perform better than others in accomplishing your objectives, it's always a bit more fun to get creative and go a little off script. Optional bonus challenges and objectives will reward more creative builders and add more replayability.

​@@_miobrot_603 Don't go in expecting complex gameplay or story, the game allows you to pull-off complex builds if you so choose, but doesn't punish you for not going that route. In the end it's all about no stress, chill building with the added satisfaction of watching your creations tank structures and your FPS into oblivion. I'd give it a solid 7.5/10, the physics feel better than most games in its genre, here's hoping we get larger maps and more gameplay options in the future.

I fun recommendation for a future episode would be a musical instrument of destruction. In the intro you could say, "welcome back to instruments of destruction, and today we are building an instrument of destruction". I good instrument could be those cymbals that you hit together and you could crush a building with them.

Try to make a contraption where you bore into the building like a drill bit / or pilot hole , and then the drill bit part has a rapid expand and contract feature to destroy it from the inside out ...like overly large dynabolt.

Something I haven't seen anyone do: turn the vortex orb into a ranged projectile to test the destructive capabilities. Actually, what about the destructive properties of other pieces? I think your slingshot would be a great way to test that. Go down the list, and replace the warhead with other components, and see how they act as ammunition, and which works better. We might find out some neat properties of even the frame blocks by doing this.

You can actually fix the stability by putting the pistons further towards the center of mass for the turning object (in this particular case, the slingshot). I'd suggest placing the pistons just below the "Y."

Tip if you are trying to make stable turrets etc. Attach elastic from the base of the vehicle to the turret. The joint needs to be under load at all time or it just jiggles. I normally put two bands, one dragging against each direction of movement

You should've done that when the slingshot aims up, the laser (at a starting position aiming to where it lands) points farer to the ground as far as the slingshot can reach

the issue with the sway when you were trying to turn with the power swivel was because the strenght was at 0.3

Scrapman, you could actually make a hook that opens and closes, to grab the bomb releaser and like only shoot one at a time, then have 4 bombs in the sling and with the hook, grab and retract.

Use a power swivel, some blocks, and two free swivels in a way where the steering for this would work seeing that a power swivel has no wobble.

I have a suggestion to make. On the concept of flexible component weaponry, I suggest you make a Bola, (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolas) A device made of a string, connected to multiple weights by other strings at the end. In operation, The end of the primary string is held while riven in a circular motion to cause the weights to revolve (Flail) around the hand. The String is then released, and the weights continue to move, tangent to the original path due to momentum. Due to rotation and the centripetal force, The weights move apart and revolve around each other. The then move to ensnare the target.
