About the game:
Instruments of Destruction features an advanced physics-based destruction system. You can demolish every structure in the game piece by piece. In addition, every object you see in the game world--save for small decorative plants and rocks--is part of the physics system. Each element of the world interacts with each other and together they create a physical, visceral world to play with.
Build Your Vehicle
Build a vehicle your way, with an ever-expanding array of parts and pieces. Using an intuitive vehicle construction system that also lets you customize your vehicles' appearance and controls, you'll always have fun creating your next awesome invention.
From simple splitters to advanced joints, a variety of parts slowly unlock as you play through the game, and each unlocks countless new possibilities.
While some vehicles will perform better than others in accomplishing your objectives, it's always a bit more fun to get creative and go a little off script. Optional bonus challenges and objectives will reward more creative builders and add more replayability.

You could make the net reusable by attaching additional magnets to attract the weights back where the release points are!

they would all cling to the lower 2 magnets then. THere is no way to make a magnet specific for 1 thing. So all metallic parts will just go to the closest magnet without spreading( or the upper ones if you only activate those)

It would have been really cool if there were a close functionnality for the net (maybe with magnet ?) with a larger net so the whole building would have been surrounded.

I have an idea that you could try to build, it basically uses the new magnets that only suck in one direction to pull debris into a chamber that has magnets at the top to load the debris into a cannon.

I think without structure collapses buildings don't get affected by weight, so once the net stops moving it can't damage the building anymore.

Just discovered your channel, i love your I.O.D. creations! It seems like there are a precious few people even playing this game on KZbin, let alone people who make original and creative vehicles. I think its awesome how instead of making sleek short videos of a finished vehicle your videos show the unvarnished creative process of you making adjustments as you try to make your vehicle work. Scrapman you should make a drone big enough to scoop up a building into a net and you fly it up really high the net has magnets in the middle so when your up high with the building you disconnect the magnets and you watch it fall

The reason why the net spreads out only from the side is because you only have 4 magnets on the side. You also need 4 magnets on the top and bottom for it to completely feel like a net launcher.

yea you need a magnet to shotput a ball into a building, make it so it spins like a disco ball, and then turn on the lasers once the ball is on the ground. instant kibble

What if you used a magnetic reclamation where the bottom two are plus->minus and the top two are minus->plus, allowing an up->down reclamation possible, but possibly not a left->right reclamation
