Asta is actually still a good substitute for the firefly superbreak team if you're ruan meiless since she provides atk (i think?) and speed boost. For a 4* support she's not even half bad tbh

If you have Welt you can have her in a team with Welt, Dan Heng (4*), and a sustain (mine was Natasha). Since she focuses on upping attack and speed, both Welt and Dan Heng benefit because they both slow the enemies and do more dmg to slowed enemies. In some instances you can even squeeze out a second turn within a cycle if the speed is high enough. It works surprisingly well and was my main team when I first started the game since I pulled Welt on the new player pulls.

Being beside Guinaifen is already a compliment honestly... Yes she's a bit Sp negative but the burn she gives,the speed,and attack buff pretty much sets her whole kit to be flexible enough to fit Not just dps teams but Dot teams too,and if you can jungle turns quite efficiently you can also put her on superbreak and follow-up teams.She's the jack of all trades but lacks in propper use because her whole thing is she can do it all. Bonus:Putting the rope and orb set that buffs crit dmg benefits her too if you just adjust it a bit and she doesn't necesarily need scaling since her buff is tied to her passive and a bit of Rng.

Actually, it was like 1000 spd. Also, it wasn't done in MOC so he stopped counting way too early. If you do the calculations, a 1000 spd character will act exactly 15 times in the first cycle.

She needs crit rate, because her dot from the basic depends not on attack, but on the damage you deal with your basic. So if you do 10k crit with your basic, the dot will deal 8k, which is meh anyways. People prefer to break with her skill rather than attacking with basic attack. And even before superbreak, her break damage was higher than dot basic

Asta is definitely underrated, especially for F2P accounts. Even nowadays, she can still be viable to run alongside most of the Meta characters like Firefly with the right setup. The fact that my E6 Asta is still being useful on my main account for Endgame content is saying something for how useful she can still be. Plus, everyone has her since the Warping Tutorial. Even if you have other better Harmony characters, I feel like there’s no reason not to invest in her gradually. Good video Kekvin!

Depends on the Harmony units you have. Depending on the MOC, you can run a sustainless Firefly comp with FF, HMC/Fugue, Ruan mei and Asta.

If i'm not mistaken there is no speed limit, you can in theory have a million speed and get 200 turns in a row, the issue is that in reality it's incredibly hard to reach the higher speed breakpoints to the point where you can't do that with relics substats only (even with hyperspeed builds) and have to rely on external buffs instead (like asta's ult or ruan mei's talent for exemple)

Definitely outclassed in the Harmony aspect. Looking at Asta's buffs, the ATK buff is great but stacks are dependent on whether the enemy is weak to Fire, so only Fire units get most out of it. Then, her SPD buff is great but there's only so much SPD you can get that actually has impact. TLDR, other Harmony's provide buffs that fare better; i.e Crit DMG, DMG%, ResPen, compared to ATK/flat SPD. Asta's definitely a usable unit, but she's overshadowed by how good other Harmony units are.
