So I have braces and that’s how I discovered you. The attention to detail on your website is amazing. If I lived in Texas I was be going to you. My orthodontist isn’t terrible, however the amount of knowledge and technology you have is simply amazing. You sir are doing something right and are hopefully paving a way for orthodontist everywhere. You sir I believe has set the bar high and that’s how it should be when it comes to something as important as you are doing.

Personally i spent years not really washing my teeth as often as I'd like due to laziness or just not seeing the point of it. Then i found out about calculus and root canals in a far better explained way by the dentist. Now i brush at least twice a day and floss every night, i don't wanna lose my teeth or ruin them that easily.

Congrats on getting your braces off. And I have a retainer and in my opinion the retainer is way easier then braces for the first 3 months you have to wear your retainer all day unless your eating or brushing your teeth. After you go to the orthodontist and get your retainer then make sure you were is all day and all night and you can only drink water with your retainer on. So after about 3 months of having your retainer your probably gonna have another appointment and in that appointment they just check and see if your retainer is fitting good and if it is then they are probably gonna say you can just wear your retainer at night. But make sure that you do everything your orthodontist says to you! Anyways have a good day and good luck with your retainer!

When I had this problem with my braces she said to try and find the smaller brushes and just bend it giving it a 90 degree angle then going from the top of ur mouth and doing it both sides of the braces
