Love the combination of chocolate and coconut, and caramel and chocolate also work really well. In South Africa we have a Cadbury bar called Caramello which is a chocolate bar with a soft caramel filling. I imagine that would be delicious as a cake!

Well, cutting the bar into the two pieces does increase the surface area to mass ratio, so you would get more chocolate coverage on two bars than on one. Also, a Milky Way would be an awesome cake.

The Bounty bar reminds me of the Mounds candy bar we have in America. Though, it's made with dark chocolate. The Almond Joy is milk chocolate with an almond. Both are super yummy.

Here in Brazil we have a candy called “beijinho” which means little kiss and we use coconut flakes with condensed milk but in a different way. We mix the two ingredients (but is more condensed milk than coconut) in the pan over low heat until they come apart, make balls when it cools down and pass them in the coconut flakes to finish. It’s soooo delicious!! Every coconut fan should try it. 💕🇧🇷
