Im serious, I'm always disappointed in how my Korean food turns out when i try to cook it at home lol. It never turns out the same or looking even half as appetizing as yours does. Now im feeling up for a quest for a bag or such of the nice red Korean chili flakes. I love when you add a nice hefty mini mountain of to any dish. Its like a scarlet cascade pouring into a nice soup or on top of some meat and veggies

Same! My Chinese store (in Melbourne) ran out of the chilli flakes. You really need all those ingredients, or it just won't turn out as well. I also didn't realise I had to cook the flour and I added it raw! My kimchi was a Disaster. 😓I can't wait to try these recipes out.

How long do these last in the fridge? I want to make these for bibimbap, but it’s a lot of effort to make many different types of banchan fresh everytime. Is it possible to prepare these in bulk beforehand?
