10 years later...2020 and I'm still listening to Ace Enders. Still just as moving as it was then...

Best song on the album, in my opinion. Can't get enough of it.

This whole album is a time warp for me. Good and bad.

This album is still in my top 10 favorites. I don't go back to it during the heights of my depression, I have others for that, but when I want a nice nostalgic feeling, it's goooooooooood.

@JMisSC08 I like this The Early November stuff.. Hell I was a huge fan and Ace Enders is my favorite artist, but I feel like I am too old for it now and I enjoy growing up with Ace. I think The Early November played a reunion gig not too long ago, I believe there were a bunch of videos on their Facebook/on KZbin, I'm sure they are around somewhere. :)

@shiftshaper1 Good point. But I hope he doesnt turn completely away from what makes him who he is, you know? Its good to hear some more up beat jams from him though, no doubt. But its his other stuff that is just unbelievely enticing. Just mix it up a bit. His Early November days were where he was at his best, or is, not sure if he still plays in that band after the album The Mother, The Mechanic, The Path. Hes an underground legend in my eyes, nonetheless.

Make sure ya'll buy his new album Dust'n Off The Ol' Guitar. Features acoustic covers of some of his old The Early November songs ( in the style of ICMAMLNB) and one new song! I love it, definately give it a listen!

I love Gold Rush! It's the new one now that I'm not too sure about :). I like it, but it's definitely different.

@jessisam03 It isn't, but this is my favorite album.... It took me about 10 full listens to love Gold Rush though and I enjoy/love it everytime I listen to it now.

@jessisam03 So true. He went in such a different direction. Connected on Gold Rush is amazing. But I was a bit disappointed in the whole album. "I can make a mess like nobodys business" and "The world we know" definitely are much better. And much more true to Ace's roots.

@JMisSC08 Gold Rush allows for an easier live performance for him, though.
