Masa there are many who's life would have become useless if not abroad. Those who are making it here in Ghana are doing so. I am a mechanic in Accra here and I own a small shop that is not doing bad. I don't feel like travelling to go hustle but rather go for holidays one. Not all are fortunate to even get a land to open a shop and run if. How many auto mechanic shops pay their employers better to sustain them. All is not well in Ghana that is why people put their life on the line to even travel on horrible desert to Libya to cross the risky sea to another country.
