As a female Ghanaian living in the U.S., all that this lady is saying is the truth about tough life here and in Canada. When it comes to debt, consumers have been programmed to buy, buy, buy, and get into debt. Stores offer you the opportunity to take merchandises home and pay monthly sometimes over a period of years. Any consumer can furnish their apartment or home with anything they desire and pay monthly and take five years or more to pay for the items. She is a wise lady and had educated the viewers. I am grateful for her input. God bless her and her family.

No Madam, the plan must be to build apartment blocks in Ghana and rent them out and keep one apartment for yourself not so called self contained houses.

In GH, u can survive in the harsh economic condition if only u involve urself in corrupt or illegal practices. Otherwise there will be no future for u and ur descendants so pls don't discourage them from travelling abroad. There are better opportunities out there cox the system works.

This is what I keep telling my friends and coworkers. Am so surprised why we travel and work hard but have nothing to show for. Life insurance is the best way to go.

Y'all dont pay attention when people talk! Did you listen to the entire conversation at all to be making this comment?🤔🤔🤔. There is something called "CONTEXT", and that's exactly what she did. She spoke in context, so get it right!!

Like the typical Ghanaian, which part of her interview did she stop ✋️ you from traveling. Kotoka Airport is there, come particularly during the winter months, the train and bus terminals are waiting to accommodate you. It's only a Ghanaian that will travel abroad without a plan ( accommodation, living expenses etc) and expect any Ghanaian speaking person just on the streets to accommodate them into their spaces. ☻️☻️☻️. Don't show up to leave on people's benevolence, they are tired of your asses. 🙄🙄🙄

Abrokyire people buy houses then divorce sets in and you will never forgive yourself, each one have his own story so all you can do is thank God for your stars but do not think what happened to you will be the same to the next person

I agree with this virtuous woman! Before anyone builds a house in Ghana they must first buy a house overseas [e.g. USA or Canada] where they live...It doesn't have to be a single family house. You could start with a condo or a townhouse; build equity there and use that equity money to buy a single family house where you live but you must buy in a good neighborhood where houses appreciate. After you are very well established overseas, then you could consider building a house in Ghana. Multibillionaires such as Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Warren Buffett, invest mostly in real estate [e.g. their private and secondary homes] worth millions of dollars. They also invest in equities, commercial properties and bonds. Most of them invest less in the stock market because of its high risk exposure but in the long run they could gain money handsomely! You are right most of them don't wear designer clothes [or ride expensive cars] as middle class people buy expensive designer clothes [and expensive cars] than the very rich which is very ironic!
