"Daddy, BRIAN is online right now. you gotta watch it. He isn't on the motorcycle but he is in his helmet and talking about bike stuff. Sooooo cool. I love BRIAN more than the ninja turtles dad." It's a lifestyle that has a deeper reach than any of us know. Thank you for bringing her such excitement. I watch plenty of bike channels, and she will watch with me, but damn, she can pick your bikes out instantly... even without audio playing. Happy new year and always stay safe battle.

I just started trying wheelies for the first time over the summer on a grom. As an older dude(39) getting those first couple of crashes out of the way was huge. But in also trying to start from a dead stop and keep it slow going down isnt bad. I can't work the brake for shit yet but noticed a few times when I'd get to balance point and feel like i was going over I'd clutch in. No clue why. The fear when your older and learning is fucking real. Mostly it's the not wanting to get hurt and miss work lol

The issue I'm having is even getting the front wheelie off the ground. I know how much the throttle responds and where my rear brake grabs. I ride a 2016 Drz400sm.

Stock or any modifications? Stock a drz will pop 3rd gear sitdowns with a little suspension bump. Second is a good gear to learn with on the drz, do about 20mph then clutch in and give it a quick brap while popping off the clutch and it'll come right up. If not add throttle before you pop the clutch and make sure you keep that rear brake covered. It should be a pretty fluid motion. That said.. exhaust, 3x3, and jet kit make the drz a lot more fun. Depending on your riding style adjust gearing, although I loved stock gearing on mine for 3rd gear sitdowns and 4th or 5th gear standups on the highway without feeling like it's going to blow up.

This is a great Idea. Bring in some Killas too if they will be willing. First ones I'd love to see is like Justin or cbear and HSJ. Another cool idea is for you to interview these guys with edits of how they ride. I feel a huge evolution is on the horizon with the stunt community and it's gunna start in Chicago. They say 30 years is the average life of something popular. West Coast is giving their crown to the Midwest boys like you and the rest of the bike life cats in Chicago. Can I get some tips for bmx? When I go for wheelies I can’t seem to bring the bike back further than beginner height and I’ve been practicing for a few years but I have no brakes on it because that’s how I got the bike is there anyone who has the same issue that could explain why I can’t lift higher
