Chrispus Kimaru's story mirrors mine. I worked for Safaricom, got fired, although mine wasn't alcohol-related dismissal, but rather ENT issues. I started doing online writing around 2014 and that's when my alcoholism started. I've been to rehab 4 times but still relapsed. Only God came to save me. When Chris talks, I resonate with everything he says. Good work bro. I'm definitely going to look for you.

I wish I knew this much many years back when my father was struggling with alcoholism and eventually took the 'easy way out' as you mentioned but then again i was too young. I follow Chris everywhere 😅. I don't struggle with addiction and that's that's blessing. But he inspires me aloooot. I also get to understand addiction and how to he of help to an addict. It's a really bitter experience. I went through the same but I thank God i did quit in 2012.I resigned more than two times but my boss was very supportive.You keep on trying to end it all because you feel lonely, hurt and hopeless. It's quite unfortunate that you get comfort in knowing that death would solve it all. It's an internal struggle one has to win at all cost.
