Thank you! I’ll drop the link to the lights for you. We’ve thought about doing conversions and are still thinking about it. We are the type of people that walk through the doors that open for us rather than force things in life so we will see where things go from here.

The only thing missing for me is a shower. Whenever I get my van 🚐 I want to be able to do Everything inside once I lock down for the night. Other than that it’s a perfect build for me. Just the right size

So this van was designed with the buyers. They weren’t in need of an indoor shower, we have a portable solar shower that hangs off the back door that’s not shown in this video

Love, love everything about this van design. Why did you choose to have the stove next to the bed? That would of been my only change. You are very creative, great job!

Honestly in our (red) van when the sliding door is open it blows out the flame on the stove so we wanted to get it away from the door to prevent that problem. We didn’t really want the stove too close to the sink for functionality so it ended up next to the bed. The concerns with it are fair, but it’s protected with 1000+ degree heat protection all around it. It’s vented as well. Human error is the only thing that can present a problem. But the comments around it are taken into consideration

Excellent build, but it misses a shower, which i seen from other builds could have been added to the rear. A shower curtain could be added between both doors, then it world be perfect lol.

Haha that’s exactly what we did outside using the back doors just didn’t show it in the video. Video was shot just before handing over to the buyers so that part got skipped over unfortunately

Hey! Currently we are in Baltimore for the summer/Autumn traveling in the winter. We are starting to do custom vans but it’s currently a single person operation so we can’t fulfill a lot of demand all at once at this point in time

The build is nice but the stove is wayyyyy too close to the bed. Just wanted to point it out since I don't think anyone else will. It's a fire hazard plus risk of spillage,smell getting right into bed sheets and lack of back splash . I don't understand why it would be located there

All that wood is heavy, and adding it at roof deck level will make the van rock back and forth a lot when on unleveled ground

Agree with this comment. Going forward, will definitely use a lighter material up top. Have not experienced any swaying due to that though after 2 years and various terrains and weather conditions. We had some swaying when we upgraded the tire and wheel size on our 2006 3500 dually

6’1” on the inside with the 1/4” ceiling. The newer sprinters are closer to 6’3”-6’4”

@@ahavalife5156 Busbars; there is all types and sizes available but you must use wire lugs to attach the wires on some and some use a screw to tighten down on the wire.

Your flip up table outside the sliding door is way to high to be a “table” and not well located to be useful as a counter useful for much

I kind of agree with this. The buyers designed the van with me and wanted me to include this. It was the best most functional way I could think to make it work. Folding it down would have interfered with the ability to remove the water jugs for emptying and refilling

@@ahavalife5156 I am working on configuring a large fold down table that will be attached out side the van on the sliding door. I am hoping to be able to attach it within the area where the exterior plastic panel yes. It is 22” x 48” and made of Burmese teak slats and stainless steel so should hold up to weather well and is beautiful. Even the screws are stainless steel. It was originally a $1200 ADA bench for a shower at Google but they donated it to a non-profit reuse center. It sticks out less than 5” when collapsed so should not be as bad a a side ladder on the driver side. I can’t put a drop down table on my galley cabinet for reasons that will become apparent after I patent the design.

Yup! Good call. There’s a 120v outlet in the kitchen area and another 120v & Usb outlet in the seating area behind the drivers seat
