Ita all about the type of products you sue for your hair. What may work for your type 4c may not work for others. You have to take the time to understand your hair as well. Does it take in water well or does it take time? When you use creams do they sit on top of your hair or lather well? Keep in mind just because some creams don't work doesn't mean others will. It's all depends if you have low, medium or high porosity hair. Does your hair prefer butters or a mixture? Or does it prefer water based products?

Just because you have the same hair texture does not mean the same products work….. also we don’t need all the products marketed for our hair….. I use 3 products and barely deep condition/deep clean and my hair is so soft and has been growing like crazy and yes I’m 4b/4c
