Fantastic video. I think where you want to build your house is perfect. That pond is just beautiful. I am so excited to see what you do with everything. I'm sure that after Rae talks with the other ladies from certain places, she will decide on some awesome animals for her part of the land. So wonderful to watch you morph from single guy to a really happy young man with a beautiful family & this beautiful property. God has blessed you. It is so wonderful to be old & in my golden years to watch you young people starting a beautiful beginning to your life. I am so just so happy you have the beautiful Rae, Case, Adler & Carter in your life. You're such a sweet young man. I must say, you, your dad & your brothers are some tall boys!!!
@wendymurphy29062 жыл бұрын
The look-out tower would make a great fort for the boys and if Case is interested in star gazing it would make an awesome place to put a telescope. Just remember Chad, where there's a pond there will be quackers and it's up to you which ones, geese or ducks [those air carps may visit]. The possibilities on the property are endless and you and Rae will make it even more beautiful then it already is, GOD Bless.

I suggest maybe getting a small flock of sheep to follow behind the highland herd, it will cut down on parasites. Also suggest really thinking about rotationally grazing and the benefits that it brings, Joe Salatin and Greg Judy are good channels for information.

A great idea for the sticks and stuff you're cutting up, instead of just throwing them into another area just pile them close to the base of the trees. They'll break down and fertilize the trees and ground around it, could also grow you some edible mushrooms or just give you a spot to grab kindling from. Also when or if you decide to clear any of the other areas its less to deal with.
