I found that magnesium gave me a rested sleep too. I take a supplement though. I started taking it for restless legs but noticed the difference to my sleep immediately. I would wake up in the middle of the night and worry about really stupid stuff. The magnesium seems to relax my body and mind.

Schöffel is a German brand and therefore sizes big 😉 They started out with ski wear. The pronunciation on time code 12.46 was correct. The first ones not (it is not shuffle). I love the leather “Westminster” bag! So sad that Sean Connery left us 😰 What a fine gentleman! A class of its own!
