Hard agree! They did a lot to make this work for all sorts of hunters. Honestly, I think Capcom was somewhat unprepared for how much transmog and glams would appeal to the fanbase.

Since big monster herds are gonna be a thing(and can potential overpower usually Apex monsters like Rey Dau if they outnumber them).... Wouldnt it be cool if they like give awesome Collective Nouns for specific monsters groups Like maybe a Loitering of Doshaguma, or a Murder of Girros or even a Scheming of Lala Barina But those two later example of hypotheticals are usually solitary.... Female spiders(usually those that make web traps are often larger than males, so mayhaps Lala Barina could have skittering smol males that could pester Hunters during her fight

That's such an unusual thought to have, but an equally brilliant one. That would add such fun character to describing the flock or herd of a particular monster, and further solidify the authentic ecology in Monster Hunter.

@@CoyoteWildfire i mean yhose Giggi spawned by Gigginox is always an annoying threat cuz they often stagger you whe latching on Smoll monsters that scuffle with big monsters seems to be more proactive now, It would be cool to have another herd monster like Great Izuchi and their cronies pounding Hunters senseless with their reckless attacks

I only play monster hunter mainline games so Wilds will be the first game in 6 years that I will be playing that isn't world. I'm at over 13,000 hours of world only. And solo only and I use one weapon type

I'm confident there will absolutely be a demo, but it might end up more like a closed beta test, similar to how they did with World. Whatever it is, I'm hopeful for more info soon!

Im confused to why people complain about AI hunting members for MonHunt for Wilds..... Like the Followers in Rise is highly competent. Are they smoking something Im not aware of? This isnt original Persona 4 level of AI

At least you could control your characters in Persona 4. LOL, you couldn't in 3... But from my understanding, folks are concerned that the AI are going to mess up particular moments of the hunt that require finesse. Things like traps, or inadvertently leading the monster straight to you while you're trying to sharpen, stuff like that.

@@CoyoteWildfire i mention Persona 4 instead of 3 because Since they literally put the "fully controllable party members" feature blurb in the game mini manual, theyve also scuffed the AI abilities of the party members As in their AI actually got way worse(they wont guard, use buff/debuffs regardless of configuartion), even though the game had the same engine with Persona 3

@@CoyoteWildfire the thing about AI party member accidentally drawing monsters whilst youre busy sharpening or setting traps is funny to me.... Actual players never did that?
