The midrange game CAN work imo, the issue with the Suns is the massive issues with depth as we've seen with this series. They also don't look like they play for eachother which is extremely important imo

Midrange is fine if you don’t overly rely on it, but we have three point shooters who can’t shoot and no defensive anchor. And no defense on top of that with no point guard to try to limit the turnovers. So many flaws it’s unreal the GM and owner thought this would just work.

I understood the Durant trade even when a ton of suns fans hated it just because CP3 was washed and they wanted to give book another star so he didn’t have to carry most of the offense in terms of scoring. However the Beal trade was dumb and I was hoping at least they’d go for depth and even if they didn’t get any, it be better than having a 50+ million player with a no trade clause who doesn’t fit at all with this team.
