That's me. I live on a large lake in the North GA Mtns USA. I throw a few casts, either get bored or hot and go ride around checking out the "scenery", maybe give a boat ride or two, see who's at the marina, maybe stop at a friend's dock and swim or hop out and do some metal detecting on remote points or the small islands where people hike in or boat in and camp, head up the river that feeds the lake a mile or two (beautiful, shady and tons of wildlife) till I'm about out of gas and then I go home. I always plan to fish, but rarely keep at it long. I've lived on this lake full time for 13 years. I've caught maybe 20 fish from the lake. I do my real fishing in the trout streams...real trout, not those grouper looking things Aussies call trout.
