It's because Sweden is very far north from the equator. They have 6 months of long bright days and 6 months of dark days. The Caribbean on the other hand is close to the equator so our day light all year doesn't change much from summer to winter.

@@kuyahkudey3217 but I didn’t say the Caribbean what I said is that it’s the same in North America in the summer months the sun goes down around 8:30-9 p.m. eastern time

@@prosperousnatasha8153 North America is also further north from the equator compared to the Caribbean so summer days there are longer than the short winter days. For example the Winter days get dark in places like NYC at 4PM. I used the Caribbean as an example to show how the sun light in countries near the equator don't change much from summer to winter.
