Hey sezzy, sending you lots of love 🌸 in June 2016 I was diagnosed with a 7cm blood filled cyst on my right ovary. I have always been about health as well however, when I was diagnosed with the cyst I completely changed my whole diet and lifestyle with the same goal as you that when I went in for surgery the cyst would be gone. My dr told me it was quite impossible for the cysts to just “go away” and I would know if it ruptured due to its size. I completely cut out caffeine also, NO alcohol whatsoever and organic foods when I can. I had surgery in March 2017 and when I woke up from the surgery I was told by my gyno that the cyst was gone! This 7cm blood filled cyst had gone away on its own. You can do this girl!! 💓💓🌸

Thank you so much for being so open and sharing your story. I know how hard it can be, 3 months ago I got diagnosed with something similar in my cervix and it is a very hard thing to talk about. I cried for days. I am so happy I came across your page because I have just recently started my fitness journey and I can't wait to catch up on all your videos and try some of your recipes and workouts. It's so comforting to know i can have someone to look up to on KZbin who is going through something similar and can give me food recipes and advice to help. So thank you so much!

Hi! I'm actually a cancer survivor (blood cancer) and I had abnormal cells in my cervix after my chemo treatment. I also had to get a colposcopy too. I just wanted to say hello and let you know that you are 100% right- everything is gunna be OKAY! That is actually my mantra so I love that you actually said that in the video! I created a video blog based around my diagnosis and how I overcame the experience with positivity. I love your outlook and your desire to better your immune system by creating an anti inflammatory home for your cells :) I'm going to subscribe to you to be sure to follow along and watch you overcome whatever the results may be with grace and positivity. Love your outlook. You got this- whatever the outcome may be! XO

Ahh sending you best wishes! I had the same a few years ago.. I had a coloscopy too because I had an abnormal pap... they take a snip of your cervix/cells to test the cells further. My cells came back negative for cancer...Folic acid tablets were recommended to me and that’s what I took and I’ve had normal paps since! So have faith Sarah it’s soooo scary but you will be ok!! (Also I just had a baby, a 5 month old boy now) so you will be that MIlF!!

I was so touched when I watched this and I hope you're holding up! Last August, after having a colposcopy, I was told that I had Cervical Dysplasia CIN 2. Even though it wasn't as serious as yours, I was completely shocked when my doctor told me about it and my entire world crashed. I'm a holistic nutritionist and I believe that diet, as well as mental health, affect our overall health so I decided to do some research on the topic. Based on the studies I found, I began taking a daily supplement of Folic Acid until my next colposcopy, which was three months after. After the second colposcopy, my doctor called me and told me that all signs of the dysplasia and malign cells were gone! I'm NOT saying that the result was directly linked to the folic acid supplement but since folic acid does no harm (worst case it's just flushed out), I wanted to share my experience with you and all your followers, in case any of you could benefit from it. All the best

I had cervical cancer! They found it in our first year of marriage. We have been married for 9 years. I had a procedure done and they got it all out. I went in every 3 months for a year after that for biopsies and scrappings. I am now a mother of 2 beautiful healthy girls. A gorgeous 2 year old girl and a beautiful 5 month old girl. You will get through this! Stay positive. ♡♡♡♡♡

I have had 3 colposcopies in the last 3 years. It is going to be fine! Your body is much stronger than you think and the procedure is not as scary as it sounds. Most GYNs like to err on the safe side and do it as a preventative measure. You are doing everything right. I tell my sisters and my friends that annual exams and regular paps are sooo important. I want to have loads of kids and have been assured that my abnormal paps are not going to hinder my most wanted #lifegoal. Keep your head up! xoxo

I know when you hear news like this it can be pretty scary. But remember it is not cancer. I actually worked in a clinic specifically for this. So this happens to many many people. And a colposcopy is not scary. Because you have a lot of young girls following you I think it would be a good idea to encourage them to get a pap test done as this test can save lives. If done early it can just be abnormal cells and no treatment. Probably just a repeat in 6 months. This has no symptoms. If you never went to a gynecologist and had a pap test done, thus leaving this untreated it could lead to cervical cancer. I am sure you will be okay. It sounds scary, and it is but now you know and you can get treated.

The major scare of an Over-diagnosis by trigger happy doctors of something that can resolve on it's on in the majority of cases caused me such horror, stress and mental break down that it triggered an autoimmune disease to which there is no cure an I suffer every day. Can I also add without getting attacked that intelligent choosing of partners may help with the spread of hpv.. Just as an example I had only ever been with one partner in my life but this partner had had previous sexual relationships with other women which was enough to backfire in me.. It is not fair at all and I wish people wake up and realize that changing partners like tissues and the STDs that come with it are not to be ignored as the media and the whole sexual revolution thing are trying to convince people... Women respect yourselves and be very picky and selective about what you allow to happen to your body. Men don't have major consequences from hpv, its women that get the stupid cancer.

You'll be okay! I went through the very same thing a few years ago, right after I had moved to another state alone for the very first time. I was 8 hours away from family and trying to make new friends, going to all of my appointments alone and getting pieces of my cervix clipped out (with a device that basically looked like a paper punch)! I watched every single one of the processes each time on the big screen and I felt completely in charge of my own life and health, even through health scares that I initially did not have control over. You'll get through it and come out on the other side happy, healthy, and thriving!! Xoxo from Colorado!

Omg Sarah I dmed you before on instagram when you were feeling down once telling u about my experience. And now I see this and the more you talk the more I remember my experience and it makes me cry because it was truly hard. I suffered from HPV virus for several months especially that my immune system was week. I had to go through three surgeries after the treatments I tried weren't good enough. I had a horrible doctor who delivered the news in the most awful way but, my husband was so supportive, he gave me motivational talk every day and helped me with what ever I needed. This is where I started figuring out about the alkalinity of the body and where I went completely plant based to cut of sugars and animal protein from my diet. I know somebody else who only ate greens for three months to beat cancer in one of the late stages of cancer. Don't worry dear I've been through it and I somehow defeated it I know for sure you can. I also took AHCC pills immune system booster that are designed for HPV for straight six months and they helped me big time. Make sure you go to several doctors because one of the doctors I went too didn't see some warts and he forgot to burn them so they spread again and had to go through another surgery. It's an overwhelming topic, but if you have any questions I am here for you.

Sez, three of my best friends has also found out at stage 3 and been totally fine after a colposcopy (I think they check the cells they take out for cancer to make sure it hasn’t gone to that), and two of them just had their first child this past year. I’m not saying this to diminish your situation just to hopefully make you feel a bit less scared. I’m 100% sure you’ll be absolutely fine ❤️

Just to clarify, Colposcopies are procedures to get biopsies to confirm the CIN III and the location. Sometimes, luckily, the results differ from that from the PAP. Sometimes it is less serious. If it is in fact CIN III and affecting many areas, then she may need a LEEP PROCEDURE to cut out the cervical tissue that are affected.
@hanelno
@hanelno 6 жыл бұрын
Free to Speak well then I don’t know, the translation to Swedish is a procedure where they actually cut parts of the cervix and take it out. Then they run more test in those parts as well to double check they haven’t advanced to cancer.

Viruses including HPV most certainly have something to do with a weakened immune system which can directly be related to diet or other imbalances in the body. Almost every one has HPV in their lifetime if they are sexually active and it goes away on its own-why? Because the body fights it off. Likewise, there are many natural methods of treating HPV, abnormal cells, etc.

It can be disheartening to know you are at risk for cancer at a young age. Prayers and positive vibes coming your way. However, as someone who took 4 years for a degree in public health as well as works with mothers and babies: I am concerned about the message you are sending woman. Diet and a healthy lifestyle are the best prevention out there. No questions asked. However, intervention wise: you just can’t skip medical professionals and treatment. If that was so, my great aunt wouldn’t of passed away from ovarian cancer and my grandma wouldn’t of obtained breast cancer. If food could cure it all, then we wouldn’t need medical professionals that spent 10+ years studying in the field. However, over the history of time those professionals have been needed as our population has evolved to be susceptible to preventive diseases (I.e heart disease). You should continue your healthy lifestyle and be happy, but please don’t spread a message that holistic health cures all. If that was the case, we wouldn’t have parents being trialed for manslaughter and neglect in the U.S for trying to holistically cure their children who had cancer. I love this Chanel, but you have to remember you are influencing millions of woman especially young females. You wouldn’t want your advice to cause harm on someone else and that’s a hard thing for you tubers reaching millions. I hope you don’t take your feedback as negative but as constructive. As I’ve said I love this Chanel.

Hey Sarah I was given the same results you were and had a Colposcopy and LLETZ procedure in 2014. I'm also an obgyn theatre nurse so i see these done every day. The Colposcopy is simply someone painting your cervix with acetic acid and aqueous iodine dipped in cotton buds, this highlights exactly where the abnormal cells are on the cervix. Then the Dr looks through a scope for a better view. (A pap smear is a just a swipe of the cervix to ascertain whether the cells exist or not). This feels similar to a pap smear, no more intrusive and is 10 mins max, done in a gynys rooms. The LLETZ is a 15-20 minute procedure done best under GA where they highlight those cells then scoop them off with a loop wire that conducts electricity. I personally had no post op pain, was back at work 4 days later and completely fine! The cervix is a remarkable part of the uterus, it can stretch, shorten, lengthen etc during childbirth and after snap back to its old self. If you have any further questions or want medical information rather than google or wiki I'd be more than happy to help. Best of luck! Xx

I had a Colpo as well, and then they had to do a LEEP procedure, where they go in with a heated wire and like cut/burn parts of your cervix. I had a routine 6 month follow up pap after that, and they said they couldn't even tell that I had the LEEP done, because I healed so well. I wasn't worried at all, but that may be due to the fact I don't want kids ever, so, even if they told me I needed a hysterectomy, I would have been fine with it. You can get through this, especially with your positive attitude. Attitude is 100% of what you do.

Don’t worry, Sarah! These abnormalities are really common. I’ve always had abnormal pap smears (since the first time I had one) and my gynecologist only tracks my result every 6 months. Btw in my country, getting a Pap is mandatory at least once a year (because of the abnormal pap I was advised to have pap every six months). I’ve read that in some countries paps are done once every 3 years because of the costs of the procedure, but I would advise you to track your condition and get checks more often. Also, I know at least 2 or 3 girls who had colposcopy because of the abnormalities. And then they had laser treatment. I, myself, was treated with chemical medication that peels the top layer of the skin. Your condition is really common, don’t worry! Cervical cancer one of the most treatable cancers with very high survival rate and pre-cancerous condition doesn’t equal cancer. Actually most women with pre-cancerous conditions won’t ever get cancer. Wishing you all the best! 🌸

Zheyna Peleva i thought it was strange she said she has them every 3 years, as here in Portugal we also make a pap smear once a year. But i understand her fear as this year i also had a bad news regarding my utherus and even though the doctor told me its not a big deal i cried so much because i instantly thought i would not be able to have a baby and about cancer (i already have a big chance of developing breast cancer).

Please don't worry about it at all. I went through the same thing. In fact I only had CIN1 and they did a colposcopy and removed the cells with the laser thing. It was painless and completely fine. I've had a check since and everything is completely normal. It's scary when you find out but it really is nothing to worry about. Good for you for trying to heal it yourself but if they suggest removing them, then do, and you'll be back to normal with no higher probability of reoccurrence. Happy New Year. Loving Kurt's channel!

I reversed the same cells myself with the type of diet you are speaking of- Vegan, alkaline, organic...I revered from stage 4 back to stage 2 but the hospital hounded me until I had the loop procedure even though I didn't want to- they feared me into it- This all lead me to become a naturopath, herbalist and healer and now a mentor! You can totally reverse the cells- your body is amazing at healing itself...I recommend looking into emotions too- cancers can be linked to holding onto resentments OR not allowing yourself to feel or express your true feelings -past or present. Also this is your root chakra and sacral chakra - so energy healing, colour therapy and homeopathy are great too! So much love

I'm so sorry you are going through this, I know it is SO scary! I literally was in the exact same situation, had the colposcopy and it came back the highest level (before a cancer diagnosis) as well. They used the wire like you mentioned and removed part of my cervix, and I've been in and out for check ups regularly since then and have not had any of the abnormal cells return!! It's been probably a year and a half to two years ago now that I had the procedure done. I hope this brings you some comfort and that everything goes well with your procedures! Prayers for you in this scary time!

That is so scary, I can't imagine how that must have felt mentally! But you are so right, I just wrote a book and touched on this a bit, what you said about vitamins and minerals needed other factors to be absorbed properly. Its so complicated but you can do it (the research) and learn so much important factors, its so much more than just vits A, D, E and K need fat to be absorbed, its sooo much more than just that and I believe you will beat this! A positive mind goes a long way sister and you got this with that great head on your shoulders!

Giiiiiirl, I've been there. I'm actually going for a colposcopy in a few hours and I'm very nervous. I initially lost it when I got my abnormal pap results. I eventually calmed down and spoke to a few women in my life and they've all had this procedure done once or more. My cousin actually has to get one done every 6 months and she's been doing so for 3 years. Her abnormal cells are very stubborn but her doctor still isn't overly concerned about it. My doctor told me the only people who need to worry when they get these results are people who don't go to their appointments and followups. He assured me nothing bad would ever happen to me so long as I go to my appointments. So i'm clinging onto that!

Sarah, first let me say I love your sunny personality and outlook on life. Never change, you are such an inspiration to so many young women. I am a gynecologist in the States and I just wanted to provide some reassurance if it can be at all helpful in this hard time. While CIN III is quite serious and if left untreated can develop into cancer, it is usually a slow process. It takes approximately 7 years on average for most women who contract HPV to have cellular abnormalities. Also, I dont want you to think that there is anything dietary or health wise that you could have done to prevent this. There are many types of HPV but you have likely contracted one of the more agressive forms (16, 18 or 33) which is why your cells have become so abnormal so quickly. There are conditions such as autoimmune diseases and cigarette smoking which contribute to the persistence and developement of these abnormal cells but some people (such as yourself) do everything right and still end up with significant dysplasia, as you have. Just so you know, we see this farily frequently and with removal of the abnormal cells and having close follow up with more frequent pap smears, a VAST majority of women have very little long term impact on their health. Stay strong, sweet girl. Keep doing your good work to keep yourself as healthy as you can but in this instance you will need intervention with more convetional "western" medicine. All the best. Becca

I absolutely know what you are meaning with that (in other words) "telling my close people that bad message", how hard it is. I was in the same (even worse) situation in september 2017, when I was diognosed with a breast cancer in my age of 25 - absolutely no idea that this could ever happen to me. And telling the message to my mum etc. was one of the hardest things. Now I am still in the helaing process. So I know your feelings and I wish you good luck! My fingers I crossed (even if I aboslutely dont know you, watching your video for the first time). We can do it! ;)

You can't blame yourself; these things happen to literally anyone. You are living proof that a healthy lifestyle can't prevent every kind of illness or infliction; nor can eating organic cure you (PS I' d love to know what studies you read that say eating organic somehow absorbs nutrients better...because I'm a CPT and have never heard or read that in my life...). Don't just go off finding things that already support your views (confirmation bias). Kind of disappointed at these comments. Fair enough some people may find the thumbnail etc a bit dramatic. But to criticise Sez for putting herself out there with something so personal is quite sad to me. This is something extremely scary and that feeling of helplessness when you have an issue with your own body is truly awful. For someone who values holistic therapies more than anything, a procedure like this could be terrifying. Please remember to be kind and when sharing your experiences, to reassure her instead of criticising her for her reaction. Sez is at no fault whatsoever here. Sending all my love, everything will work out x

For people saying "it's not scary" and "she should calm down", everyone is different, it is a scary thing and it is worth worrying about, Sarah is allowed to deal with her emotions how she needs to deal with them and no-one should give anyone shit for having emotions. Also, saying she shouldn't be focusing on holistic approaches, it doesn't hurt to be healthy in general, Sarah went to her scheduled appointment and made the other required surgical appointments, so why should she be shamed for looking after herself in a way that makes her feel positive? Please show some respect and be kind to people overall xx

She's talking about how she will "cure" this with a healthy diet. That's the issue. She will "cure" this by having the cells removed by a qualified doctor. The healthy diet is good for general wellbeing but it won't "cure" her abnormal cells.

I remember watching this for the first time and now I've been going through the same thing I'm rewatching your videos to help me through. I've also just watched your most recent video about the health condition of baby boy number 2 and I just want you to know that this is why it's so positive that you share what you go through. I was diagnosed with HPV when I had my first ever cervical smear, but I had no abnormal cells. No big deal, unlucky as I had my HPV vaccines so it's rare but repeat cervical smear in 12 months and it'll probably go away. When I had my repeat the situation had got worse. The strain of HPV I had was one of the most high risk. I had abnormal cells and had to go for a colposcopy. They took a biopsy (horribly painful, no anaesthetic I just had to sit there like a big girl 😳) and I waited a whole month for my results. And there it was. CIN 2, but since they already know my HPV is progressive they're not confident. I've got a few months before I have to go for a repeat test before they intervene. I also have PCOS, endometriosis and pelvic congestion syndrome so it all feels like a big fight! But I appreciate videos like these. It helps.

Think of it this way: if you were in danger and the problem was that urgent your doctor would not have made you wait a month for your scan. I’ve had a colposcopy for abnormal HPV cells on my cervix and I don’t know the stage so I’m assuming it was stage one because it eventually cleared up on its own. Just know that the leap from stage three to cervical cancer is a big one and that you are not in danger as they caught it before it progressed. God bless you xxx P.s. some folks have a gene that causes folic acid to get stuck at the blood brain barrier. I have to take L-methylfolate which is a metabolized version. Something to look into, related to immunity and mental health

Going through all these comments but yours stuck out to me because of the Leep Procedure. Last year my pap was abnormal- I was 21 years old and found out I had HPV strain 16. I had my second pap about a month ago and today got the results that some cells are still at the same point but some cells have gotten progressively worse and closer to cancer. I have a scheduled colposcopy next week and will probably go through with the Leep procedure - Praying that my situation is like yours and I am clear of everything afterward!! xo

I had CIN 2 and completely freaked out. As I’d never known anyone else who had it and misunderstood and assumed I HAD cervical cancer. It was a long process in and out of hospital appointments I would say I spent about a year and a half a little on edge before getting the all clear. (I went through the Australian public health care system) I ended up have my cervical wall frozen which I was awake for (and absolutely terrified about) but was in no pain and only took about 5 minutes. Be pro active and follow up with your gp, but understand it takes time. They will treat the cervical cancer patients with first priority. Good luck, you will be better before you know it! Also don’t deprive yourself of things you love, medical attention is the most reliable fix to this situation ❤️❤️

Sarah 💖- I only found your videos today after hearing (although I’ve heard of you and made note to watch before but rarely have time to watch YT between working 2 jobs 7 days a week! 😢) about you having HA (yep I’m another stressed girl doing too much, I exercise for one of my jobs and my body isn’t coping, I’m also moving house and just everything!) and then I see your struggle with pre cancerous cells also! I have been having 6 monthly colonoscopies and biopsies to monitor mine for 3 years now and totally get how you feel! You hear the word ‘cancer’ and fear the worst instantly regardless of anything else. I need to watch more of your videos now to catch up on this but just so you know IT WILL BE OKAY I promise you - keep your chin up and the immense positivity you seem to have! Your outlook on life and attitude is just fantastic, I really hope it all goes/went well for you...3 years down the line for me and there’s been no further development, I may need the LLETZ if there’s any chances soon - I had 2 appointments within a month (a one week holiday in between) my gynae told me that the rest (and more calories! I’m a health freak but ate errrythang on holiday!) had done my the world of good and my body had partially healed itself for the first time in those 3 years. I’ve since gone backwards in the 6 months following sadly but I’m optimistic for the future! Our bodies work in mysterious ways don’t they? Going to watch tomorrow but I have everything crossed for you xxx

You'll be fine, I had SIN 3 when I was 25 and I had laser which took a couple of minutes, was painless and never had another problem I'm now 50. My sister had the same two years later and again it was quick and painless to deal with. I didn't even get upset when I found out about mine I was told it was so common and wasn't cancer and was quick and easy to sort out. I don't think healthy diet was anything I even thought of back then. One word of warning though, both myself and my sister fell pregnant immediately after our lazer treatments... not sure if that was coincidence or what but our birth control for some reason didn't work. Doctors said there was no connection and fortunately we were married and hoping to have children one day so it was all good.

This video brought tears to my eyes because I’ve gone through the same thing back when I was 19yo. Fast forward to when I turned 29yo I was married and got pregnant. My pregnancy was perfect until 18weeks hit, my cervix gave up and I ended up giving birth to my baby boy too early. I found out that my LEEP procedures were the issue. I also lost twins at 21weeks. I found a specialist in Chicago who performed a trans abdominal cerclage to help me hold future babies to term and I finally was blessed with my daughter who’s now 2yo. Anytime I hear of people dealing with cervical issues I want to share that there is hope past all of the procedures and on the fertility front, the TAC is there to help!! I never want anyone to go through what I did if I can share my story. Thank you for sharing yours and bringing awareness to cervical issues, take care ❤️

Sezzy! Don’t worry about the colposcopy. I’ve had one in Melbourne and then a LEEP procedure (where they laser it off), and it completely cured EVERYTHING. So positive thinking and holistic stuff will DEFINITELY help, but surgery is obviously going to be your best friend in this situation. And then you just need to get check-ups after that! In the states when I had a colposcopy, it was just a procedure to take biopsies. Are you referring to a LEEP procedure? I had that one too after my CIN III didn't go away - and they removed a portion of the cervix until they had clear margins - a minor surgery.
@Pumpersnickel
@Pumpersnickel 6 жыл бұрын
Free to Speak agree with you. Colposcopy is just a more in-depth exam of the cervix via micro to supplement the smear. Usually when they are doing the procedure, they will take out multiple punch biopsies of the cervix for better sampling. Depending on these results, you will likely have a LEEP (laser) or a cervical conization (which removes a larger amount of tissue). I had this done under conscious sedation. No recovery. Cells never came back. HPV negative. Very common, don’t stress. 😊😊

I’ve had it done before too. It was a minor biopsy and then the surgery. I’ve been fine since. Your doctor should have told you this is not as scary as you think and you shouldn’t worry about it. Many girls have to have this done.

Girl I feel you! I went to the doctor and I got the same thing! I was so scared because they told me that I could get cervical cancer and have to have surgery, which put me at risk for not ever being ever to have babies, which broke my heart because I have always wanted to be a mom! so they checked me every 6 months and I really worked on my diet and stayed active, I struggled with this for a year. I had the colposcopy and it came back that the abnormal cells went away~ I was so relived and I know you are strong and you are going to get threw this! I will pray for u!

I understand how hard this is for you Sarah, you don’t want people’s sympathy or pity, for people to look at you differently, and I love you for opening up despite that. I remember earlier this year when I was so sick I had to walk around with a tube up my nose and connected to a monitor, I remember the pitiful looks and people walking away as soon as I walked toward them, friends who stopped being friends with me, looking fine on the outside but being in so much pain on the inside. But you, Sarah, whether you had this new challenge or not have inspired me to not let it take over my life, help myself and have faith. Thank you for that. I, and many others could never repay you. Sending you my whole heart 💓

I also have abnormal cells on my cervix and have had a colposcopy almost two years ago. I may need another this fall if the cells are not gone, my gyno said they are not getting better but not getting worse either. I will try some of these dietary changes too! It is scary but positivity certainly helps! Best of luck to you and I hope that your colposcopy had good results. You are not alone and thank you for sharing, because this is something that nobody talks about and I find comfort in knowing I am not alone. Thanks again for the good dietary suggestions and I wish you the best health and luck! Subscribing

Hey hun, I came across your video as it was recommended to me. I’m sorry that I came across you when you’re having a tough time but I also thought it would be worth me commenting here. My sister had EXACTLY the same thing, she freaked the hell out (obviously) had the colposcopy and she’s now completely fine! She still has to go for more regular check ups than other people but she’s completely well, completely healthy and her colposcopy didn’t affect her daily life at all. It’s a super scary thing to go through but I thought I’d let you know that people have come out the other side completely fine 😘😘😘 as we would say in the UK, chin up chuck xxx

wow... what a dramatic build up to a very common procedure. I thought you were dying. I have had this twice and then had normal smears for over 10 years. Really nothing to worry about so long as you have the procedure quickly, and it is very straight forward. Nothing to do with diet either or any indication of overall health.

Samantha Johnson-Blacow wow...what a judgemental comment....just because it’s a common procedure, it doesn’t mean it’s not a scary one. Everyone reacts to bad news differently, and goes through different struggles, so who are you to say it’s an overreaction? Sezzy was clearly upset and scared, and was just being candid about how she felt, which is what her KZbin channel is all about. 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Sending you positive vibes and love Sezzy you’ll be fine!!! 💕💕💕💕

First, Sarah you will get through this. I will be praying for you on this. itcan be scarey. Second, Samantha I 50% disagree with this. This can be a sign of overall health with the immune system. I ultimitely had to have a hysterectomy due to CIN3. I was pregnant with my second child when I battled this for the 2nd time in 5 years and was given the advice to adbort him and deal with the CIN3 over chancing it turning to cancer while I was pregnant. 20 months after the birth, it was back and my child bearing years were over. I had 2 very high risk pregnancies and 2 premies due to CIN3 and another underlying collagen disorder(Ehlers-danlos Syndrome). Overall, simple procedures that, depending on your overall health can effect the future childbearing years. These simple procedures can make a healthy woman have high risk pregnancies( miscarragies, premature labor). For a very healthy person, this is no problem. For others, it is not that easy. Sarah, unless there are other health issues going on, you will be fine. Never the less, it is still scarey and overwhelming in the beginning.

+Seraphina It is not BS. At the time of my pregnancies I didn't know I even had EDS. That diagnosis came later on, even though I yacht sincebirth. But, it does explain part of the premature labor. As far as doctors, 2nd opinions are automatic when you are facing certain decisions. So, how do explain 20-25 year olds having cervical cancer? Everyones body is different and handles illness, disorders, cancers differently. Very few are textbook. It would be great if everyone was.

I just stumbled across this video in my recommendations and didn't know what it was all about. I just want to tell you that you will be OK! honest. I had this happen to me and had to have 2 procedures to get rid of it. The risk to take that much cervix is an incompetence cervix which makes having children higher risk. I am here to tell you that not only have I had a normal pap smear ever since this I have also had 2 full term pregnancies with very healthy children. I know exactly how you feel, but seriously you will be OK. Take it one day at a time, take care of your health, which seems from only watching this one video this is what your channel is all about and don't stress. Good luck! You got this!

Sarah, I completely know what you are talking about. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with the exact same thing. I had the same emotions you had, although the doctor tells you that this happens to many women I still felt uneasy but I had to get a LEAP procedure done which is where they laser the cells off of the cervix and honestly it was an easy recovery felt like I was having my period for about a week though lol and 2 years later I feel great and balanced . I hope this helps bring ease to your mind about this and wish you the best of luck girly btw I love your channel ❤️

I've been through it twice :) did some treatments and all sorted :) I know it might sound scary but think that there are more than 100 HPV cells, and only 13 (if I remember correctly) might actually become cancer. So odds are low and chances and treatments are high to overcome! You go girl! I have also endometriosis and I'll be starting my channel real soon and mainly to pass and express how important positivity and happiness is to overcome the life struggles! So waiting for your appointment on the 18th :) Best of luck !

When I had CIN3, they could see possible invasions (cancer) and I had my colposcopy the immediate next day. The colposcopy confirmed deep and widespread cell changes. I had the Lletz treatment, 3 biopsies and then had to await my results to confirm the diagnoses and check that the margins were clear. It was an upsetting and worrying time. Also to add I did have symptoms of things wrong with my cervix. It is incredibly scary. I admire your positive attitude as I was far from being so x

Hey Sarah! I'm so sorry to hear about this news. I recently took a course and now I am a certified nutritionist. One of the things I learned was about sugar....I'm sure you already know this... but sugar is literally food for cancer cells. I worked with people with high hemoglobin a1c levels and they dropped as soon as we decreased the amount of carbs/ sugar in their diet. So reducing the amount of sugar (even natural sugar- like fruit) may be very helpful for you in killing cancer cells :) best of luck Sarah! Will keep you in my thoughts/ prayers. Thank you for always being so positive, I enjoy your videos !!

Sezzy I went through this when I was 19 years old. I had a colposcopy & LEEP procedure to clear the cancerous cells off my cervix. It was a scary time in my life, but I was also very unhealthy at that age. I drank 24/7 and just didn't take of myself. I've since had my Pap's come back normal. It is definitely something I keep in the back of my mind, but I don't let it bring me down. 80% of the world's population has some form of HPV, so please don't feel alone

Hi Sarah, I've been a silent viewer for a while now but felt I had to say something now. I am so so sorry you are going through and totally understand your tears and frustrations and what a scary time you are going through right now. The same thing happened to me just over a year ago (in fact I wasn't even meant to have the smear as I'm still too young to qualify in the UK!). I had a combination of stage 2 and 3 and went for the colposcopy to have the abnormal cells "sliced off". It's not a pleasant experience by any means so I was recommend having someone with you (I was alone!) but it's totally pain free and over pretty quickly. After that, they'll ask you to go for another smear in a few month's time (usually 3-6 months) and fingers super tightly crossed you'll be completely fine. Try to stay positive - in some ways it's great that this is happening now instead of further down the line where it might have developed to something more serious. But at the same time you are absolutely allowed to feel vulnerable and upset right now. Stay strong xxx

You got this girl. Thank you for your honesty. But knoe that there are over 200 strains of HPV. Only a certain few are the ones you should be wary of. The strains thay cause genital warts dont usually become cancereous. It is a virus not fully an STI. Doctors say that this day in age that by the time we are 25 we would have had some form of the virus but the immune system fights it off even before you realize. I had HPV. 2 years of the doctors telling me to come back every 6 months because he wasnt happy with my pap (kept seeing abnormalities) and now 3.5 years later i have had a clean pap. My sister in law had abnormal paps that had to result in a LEEP where there cut a layer of the cervix with cancerous cells. And she had a beautiful baby boy afterwards! so excited for your videos to come. Keep up the good work xx (Diet : vegetarian)

I came across this vlog again and I just want to say how proud I am of you Sezzy. I could not imagine the journey you had to go through even though you share it with us every three days. I remember watching this when you first posted it and was so devastated for you. Fast forward to today and you have cured yourself holistically, got your period back, met miss Abby Day and it looks like yours and Kurts relationship is stronger than ever!! In this video you kept saying "everything is going to be okay" which resonated with me because when anything goes devastatingly wrong in my life I tell myself the same thing and it always works out in the end. Don't know why I wrote this since I don't comment much but I'm an OG subscriber and practically feel like I know you. Maybe one of these days I'll get the courage to start my own Vlogging journey. xx Sav

Hi! I really love your positivity! So I was listening to your video and when you have time read about resveratrol with high concentration, aloe vera gel, noni and hemp oil. And if you are a spiritual person you should start reading the Akathist of Saint Nectarios every day for 40 days and repeat other rounds of 40 days. Also find out when was the day you where born, like for example, let's say it was a Tuesday, so for 9 Tuesday, you should fast and pray, and repeat until you heal. I really hope my spiritual advice will not make you upset, but this "spiritual recipe" did help many people. Wishing you all the best! Get well! :)

Sarah Day, I just found your channel. It will be ok love. I was in my mid-thirties when I to was diagnosed with advanced cervical, uterine cancer. I had opinions for treatment altho it was not guaranteed any of they would work. I have a husband and three children and I did not want to leave them alone in this world. I took time to think of my opinions and ended up opting for a total hysterectomy. That was 5 years ago. This route is not for everyone, the side effects long term can be a struggle, not just physically also mentally. One thing I wished I was told before surgery was to make sure the surgeon is experienced in not removing the G-spot. I was also not informed of how to prevent adhesions and how to deal with them. Take care love it will be okay.

I know I am late to this, but I am SO GLAD I found this. I am writing this post in hopes it will encourage you, and in hopes that the detractors on the comments will have a new point of view. I had the same diagnosis as you, different stage. I go to a very renown gynaecologist, essentially she says -- I'm young, so it would not be worth doing the Leep now, but it is important and key to go back for very regular checkups so that the cells can be continually monitored and easily removed at the first sign of progression/getting worse. There is no scientific proof that changing our lifestyles or doing something different will cause the situation to become better. The scientific proof lies in how our bodies will just learn to deal with them. I was scared. BUT!!! I figured I would give my body the best shot it has, and previously led quite an unhealthy lifestyle and had an un-nutritious diet. I am still not totally healthy, but I have made conscious effort to try and make small changes and in my last check-up she says there is a SLIGHT improvement, and my gynae said this was enough to forgothe Leep procedure (although she initially said she would do it if nothing changed, to be on the safe side). I believe if I keep on the same path I will get better, and hopefully be clear by this time next year, and my doctor thinks that it is now safe to drop my consultations from once every 3 months to seeing her in 12 months! So I do believe dropping the caffeine, dropping the alcohol, eating a more balanced diet, getting supplements of what you are lacking will not 100% help but can improve your body's chance of fighting and clearing you of the abnormal cells. Ultimately, always keep to doctor's appointments and if nothing is clearing, then of course go with the medical next step of action.
