As a native Arizona resident of 80 years of age I have so many places I could send you. Our history fills many books. Two of my favorites is "ON THE BORDER WITH CROOK" written by General George Crook's Captain Third Cavalry John G. Bourke. The other is "ARIZONA PLACE NAMES" By Will C. Barnes. Will Barnes was a private with the U.S. Armey Signal Corps. His full bio can be found on Wikipedia. God bless and good hunting. Keep up the good work as long as you can. I've seen so much of it disappear. Don. P.

Funny thing about the Oakflats mine being run is that it's a company from another country and they only plan on extracting 6% of what they need but they got to flood it from the inside out. This isn't just a native thing it also will contaminate everyone's drinking water. If you ever been to Oakflats it's enchanting and beautiful. Jessie, I just found your channel and love, love, love it. Your drone takes some very nice shots. You are a good narrator, not over doing it. I used to ride my bike in the desert. I love taking photos of everything. Coming from the north east, where Fall leaves are magical, I always thought the desert was a barren, depressing sight when first moving here. But after 24 years of living here, I learned to see the beauty of the desert. Now, I can't get enough, esp. in the Springtime when the flowers pop from a winters sleep. I'm now a whole 70 years young, and am finding it difficult to bike through the desert sands. I've lost so much muscle tone. I HATE IT, HATE IT. But i won't give up, until I die! Thank you for taking me on the rides I cannot handle any more. You make my day, Kiddo. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful journeys!

Looks fun, actually. Roads are good and travel is good. And weather is good. Lot’s of people activity everywhere. No real danger, no real mysteries, which is good.

Best I can tell you didn't secure the front wheel. Bungie cord does that. Secure it to the bike frame; wrap around the wheel and the bike frame with a secure clip. Keeps the front wheel form whipping around in the wind. I do this all the time. Hope that helps. 🙂

Fun upload indeed. Javalina are not pigs at all. They are a separate species. The structure of the two front toe placement. The skull and teeth structure differ a bit❤

We had javelina near Ft Huachuca. When I was in the Grunewald Forest in West Berlin we had wild hogs that we put up wire and attached empty c-rats cans to to give us early warning if they were coming towards our bivouac site.

Thank you for an excellent video. I love exploring my native state, but being elderly I cannot get out and go as far as I’d like. You combine the right amount of fun and history/education, making it a great vicarious experience. So: Subbed!
