Darrin, those look amazing! That marinade would make some killer chicken wings, I bet. Opposite side of the world, but reminds me a little of a (wet) jerk marinade. Have you ever done ribs like that?

They’re not spicy. But the cilantro is a pretty big part of the dish flavor wise. I don’t suggest omitting it if you can help it.
