I wish this kid the very best and hope he does well in the future.. Jamaican, Christopher Taylor ran 45.27 over 400m at the 2015 world junior championship when he was only 15 years old!!.. Today he's just an average runner at the senior level. It's important to note that the guy whose record Wilson broke, Elzie Coleman did 45.92 in 2004 when he was 18 years old. That is still his best time to date. Sometimes kid athletes get burned out working too hard so early in their career and can't carry over at the next level

@@TawazUK You seriously believe he can improve 0.3 every 2 years? Once you get to low 44, athletes would be delighted with any improvement at all. There's a reason there's only slightly over 20 who have gone sub 44. I'm not saying this guy ain't got potential but then again so did Justin Robinson, Christopher Taylor, Thebe, Haroun, Obea Moore and many, many others. they fall off for peaking to young. young and fast isnt necessarily a good thing. 1) the human body can only run so fast and 2) running fast young its difficult to maintain that top speed for years to come. Probably very, very few people would remember the great Lee Evans. Quincy's running style is very similar to the 16 year old Lee Evan's. I know because I was on the same track team with Lee during his sophomore year. Quincy is about the same size as Lee was as 16 years of age. Lee would go on to reach 5'11" in height, break all the records, win 2 Olympic gold medals, and hold the world record for 20 years. You won't have to wait long for this young man to do the same!
