Kerley's gait looks too splayed to come anywhere near Bolt's times.

the Australian athlete who run the first race is only 19 as well, amazing how US based commentary often forgets athletes from non northern hemisphere countries

When Bolt got his first world record, he cruised over the line, you could see he had a lot more left as he took his foot off the gas way before the end, so you could see there was a chance of him breaking the record again! With hardly anyone breaking 10s this season in the early stages, I doubt very much it will be broken soon.

For me what is the most amazing is the fact that even today people compete 1 mille, 800 yards and so forth… When will you upgrade the metric system to IU … ? 🤦‍♂️

I wonder if Coleman was referring to himself because he is not going to get anywhere near close to 9.6 I dont even know if he will ever break 9.8 again. Only two people to who can even compete with Bolt's speed is noah lyles and probably letsile tebogo.

If Fred Kerley was to focus solely the 100M then maybe we could see a 9.7 ran consistently. Coleman is a 9.8 at best...since Bolt, Gatlin, Powell and Gay retired no sprinter has consistently put down a 9.7 across the season.

Listen, Usain Bolt is the fastest Jamaican Sprinter on the planet. STOP being jelous of the man's legacy. All, of a sudden the entire world wants to be a dam Sprinter. Nothing, but a slave to the machine.

Are you kidding me? What the hell? "Two of the most talented athletes"? Bro don't confuse talent with drug use. While you want to keep your viewers and subscribers, you have to call a spade a spade. Sometimes trying to be "fair and balanced" just does not do the commentary justice.

4:43, noticed how you said fastest speed in legal conditions, was it THE fastest speed a human is reached in recorded history or as anyone gone faster in non legal conditions like for wind.

Coleman must be smoking that thing!Firstly his legs are too short and 41 strides are needed .He’s making about 46 strides.

An sprinter can be faster and compete for long time but 9:58 seconds it’s something that you have to be born with, it’s no even an specified training to achieve it! It’s a world record for a reason! You can authorize them to use substances and I guarantee you, the vast majority will not get closer.

A few observations: 1) I don't know of anyone dipping under 4 minutes and yet getting all 4 quarters under 60. Impressive in itself, 2) ... I forget. This is an incredibly disciplined race! Bodes well. Worth savoring

The environment is getting harsher, the planets magnetic field strength has dropped synificantly, summers coming and more radiation from the sun is coming through, the support system for an athlete will need to adjust if that possible, weve been getting lot of sun flare activities, may be we will be in for slow olympics times. The winners will be still be real champions. I really hope its not from athletes not being able to use the latest drug. If this is so then the manufactured drug you highlighted that the 18 year old african with really fast times would seem to be the reason. Please remind me the name of this drug. Its a synthetic form of something the body actually produces, i believe this is what you stated.
