5:10 Kerr's 2 miles isn't a official world record (like the road 15k) since its such a insignificant and rarely run race, its a worlds best, which isn't the same. If the event was contested throught the world, where African and Eurpoeans were racing it, surely the record wpuld be faster, because there would be faster athletes actually contending the event. Had it had a 3k conversion of under the real world record at the 3k distance, thatd be a different story. Jakob on the other hand has 4 and pretty much all the short distance European records

I am not interested enough to be particularly aware of Kerr, but as a casual observation will say that it takes TWO for this sort of childish shyte to exist. JI is a certianly very good, but he increasingly comes across as a serious wanker also. For me, the jail house level tatts say it all. For me, 'trash talk' might work well for boxers, but generally it is offensive to the intellect, and detracts from the respect and admiration one should feel for great champions.
