The Rolling Stones were otherworldy at MetLife Stadium on Monday, August 5, 2019. They exceeded my wildest expectations. I don't know if I ever heard the Stones sound being so powerful? The crowd was beyond enthusiastic as they sang every song with Mick & Keef, clapped, danced & stomped without ever sitting down once during the entire 2 hours plus. The Stones just blew everyone away. Mick Jagger maybe 76-years-old, but damn it, he performs like he's 26. Just absolutely unbelievable!!!

Phil...I couldn't agree more. This was my first time seeing them since 2005, back when the old Giants Stadium was in this spot. I went back and compared some performances from both shows, and honestly the 2019 show won out every time. I have never heard a live "Gimme Shelter" that recaptured the timeless burning intensity of the original version. The version of "Monkey Man" was even better than the one I saw at the Garden in 2003. They were so sharp and on the money this evening. Keith was absolutely on fire and played better than I'd heard from him in a long time. Charlie is still a powerhouse. Ronnie just gets better and better these days. And Mick still has no equal. That I can write this about them now, in 2019, is unbelievable.

Was there with my two sons one is 23 and the other 15 that was his firs concert ever it was so great Mick and the rest of the gang Keith Ronnie and Charlie you can still Rock thank you for a great night my boys were very happy 😃 thank you

Still doin' it too fast ... a carryover from the uppers days of the Sixties. Although they do slow down to the right tempo in the outro/jam segment.
