You are absolutely right I am so tired of all these We 'We want Mick Taylor back'-people The truth is: Ronnie Wood might be the most underrated artist on this planet, because he is always in Keith's shadow Ronnie is a true hero and gentleman He is the perfect man for this job, because he is a TEAMPLAYER Greetings from Austria, my friend

It's truly phonemenol, but if anyone recalls, many years ago, they apparently said, they want to play until they're 90!. Close for Charlie & just a bit longer for Mick, Keith & Ronnie. Until & if then, enjoy the music, from the greatest white, live blues band ever.

This is the best fan video I've seen of the Stones live on youtube EVER. The Stones play and sing wonderfully and the camera work from the distance is excellent. This recording is a blessing for all of us loving fans who couldn't be there. The audio is fantastic too (dubbed from different source?). Thank-you and congratulations Jim!!

It's not surprising to me, because they've lived the life dedicated to live blues music. Throw in a mix of country, disco, disco etc & you've just about got the complete band.

The Rolling Stones thing have come to a point where it goes beyond music and rock and roll. We got used to the neverending story but there´s something surrealistic on it. I mean, we are talking about people almost in their 80´s. They are pioneers on that. God bless them and keep on rocking, boys!.
@drumlover16875 жыл бұрын
For all those bands that think their all that, well here's the litmus test. First thing you need to do. Stick around for over 50 years,and then see if you can still sell out football stadiums when you go on tour. If you can do those things then maybe you can take the title of "World's Greatest Rock and roll band" from the Stones.

Not sure about Keef guitar but recall him flubbing a line or three, all of you ripping on them maybe recall the youngest is 72, Ron Wood recently lobectomy for lung cancer, Charlie also treated for cancer. I tried to sing along and dance a bit and was more fatigued than they appeared. This most likely the last time we see the remaining 4 play together in Tri-State area for NJ/NYC. Lung cancer typically 5 year mortality rate. Not a secret they are all aging, I got my ticket the day of the show at list price so grateful...this after my several year refusal to pay the insane prices. Just a thought, all time favorite band for me. Soo grateful for those who really put up some decent to excellent audience recordings!

That's a 1920's Weissenborn acoustic Hawaiian lap steel guitar that Ron Wood is playing ( or a modern repro). The guitar neck is hollow! Anyway, these songs remind us that the Stones were heavily influenced by country music, as well as blues.

Thye are evolving. They are always looking to rearrange and change the music. Its slower and Ilike it. Now if I was 20 and stoned maybe I woulnt like it. They evolved to suit the times. I don't wan to see them all buzzed on cocaine. That was a different time.
