I Caught a DELICIOUS BASS! | Largemouth Bass Catch & Cook

People don’t know how to cook it a lot of times. You did it perfectly! I cook sea bass and I always deep fry them. The one thing you don’t want to do is over cook it. Get the oil good and hot and drop the nuggets in for 2 minutes to 2:30. Anything longer than that, and the meat turns mushy.

It's an old Diamondback Viper BMX bike I've been lugging around for 20 years, I thought a nice display spot in the kitchen would be nice for it!

We cook it with beer batter. My kids grab at it like little vultures. It's perfectly edible in my opinion, but to be fair my kids also eat javalina lol.

I like it a little spicy but I agree it tastes like fish. I do think blue gill and crappie and white bass taste better but its not bad at all.
