I’ve work in customer service my whole life. I’ve dealt so much crap to. The one thing that is true for everyone ( yes including you) when people become customers we all are stupid. You can go into McDonald’s and look at the menu like you don’t know what they have at McDonald’s. The other rule I live by is the customer is always right except when they are wrong. You did your job well. P.S. when people yell at you I always pretend in my mind no how Mighty or self righteous they are we all sit down and poop the same way and I just imagine them pooping and it makes me happy. ❤

Not Surprised, I was PT custodial at MK May 2021 - Sept 2022, now I am currently a FT Character Attendant now, but dang sometimes you here how a code came about, and you are in disbelief it happened.🤦‍♂

@@backstagethoughts yep I've worked quick service and attractions in addition to the other two roles already mentioned and I've worked every park through my two cps, including the one sent home thanks to COVID rip.

Ughhhh. At Canada's Wonderland, the top Canadian theme park, I had something similar. We would head from backstage to the character appearance area, through a wooded area that used to lead to an attraction. If they had peed somewhere in that area, whatever. But they peed right at the door where characters were to come out, so we had to lead eight foot Patrick Star up and down a hill to get past the urine puddle. They were 30 seconds walk from a washroom, one that wasn't busy, and that they could have seen had they just turned around.

Saw a dude drop some friends off in some bushes at dis springs before, I just turned and walked away from that one. Another I saw was a dude taking a leak on Floridian way across from woody in that lake there. Yeah all kinds of crazy stuff goes on there. There was also an incident that happened at magic a couple of weeks ago.

one time when i was a character attendant a guest tried to change her baby daughter's diaper in front of minnie in pete's silly sideshow, she was very upset when i told her she couldn't do that

We had a guest change a baby's diaper on the ride once. On the boat, while the ride was in motion. Needless to say we had to stop loading that boat for a few cycles until someome from custodial was able to come clean it.
