I know this is a year ago , but it doesn't matter . Because Sydney is just awesome and beautiful . Sydney has such a amazing personality . Sydney has such a great talent in everything she does . And even Jack had a great time . I bet spending time with her Dad was a special day . Tim is such a cool guy and a great Dad . I'm 64 and disabled with serious back pain so I don't fish or hunt anymore . If I ever had the chance to meet your family that would be a dream come true . Thank you for sharing your videos .

We make our own tartar sauce from just green relish and mayo, and if you are like me, you can add some mustard to give it a little zip! Great video! Keep 'em coming!

Great content! Love the jug idea. This video ended with me needing some fried, moist, crusty, crunchy catfish in my belly. I've never used buttermilk cornmeal before, thanks for that idea! Off to the pond!

Easy enough to make your own tasty tatar sauce, add sweet relish to Miracle Whip and a squirt of fresh lemon juice. For a bit of a bite add a small amount of minced onion and carrot and a pinch of horseradish. No need for the store-bought crap.

Tartar sauce is just Miracle Whip and pickle relish. Cocktail sauce is ketchup and horse radish sauce. If you have those ingredients Sid, you wont run out ever again.

Sydney if you soak the catfish in buttermilk overnight and cut it in to thin strips. The thinner the crisper it will be.
