I love bait fishing, its what i've always used as a kid with my dad and we've caught some cool stuff off the pier near my house. One time he got a stingray using frozen squid as bait, and I caught a baby tiger shark using the same.

Could you make a bait that's a small school of shad or minnows? A few small baits connected with stiff but still a bit flexible line or wire, so that they can still have some action while staying together, hooks on all of them? In water without weeds, might be incredible!
