I caught and cooked Trout in the mountains. The most delicious grilled fish

Hello, my name is Alina, I live in Ukraine and I want to show you the beautiful places of the Carpathians. I was lucky enough to catch some beautiful trout in the designated fishing areas and cook them next to an extremely beautiful mountain river.
You won't need a lot of ingredients to cook Grilled Trout:
- rosemary
- lemon
- salt pepper
- oil
Carpathian vegetable salad with smoked cheese:
- cucumber
- a tomato
- paprika
- salt
- oil
- Carpathian smoked cheese (the most important ingredient)

The trout looks really tasty! The best trout I had was in Izmir, Turkey. It was a similar place surrounded by desolate mountains. We stopped by at a small roadside restaurant ran by an elderly woman. She was very sweet, treated us like guests at her home..

I fish for trout over here in northern ontario canada. Love fresh trout on the shore in a frying pan of garlic butter and lemon juice. Definitely will have to try the grill. HAS TO BE BETTER THAN ON THE BARBEQUE.

In Berkshire Massachusetts we use salmon eggs 🥚 and yes cooking rainbow trout outside because it stinks lol. Rosemary and lemon 🍋 America cuts the heads off then cook lol Seems to me your a lucky kid

Тепер усе простіше , форель вирощують і всі можуть спробувати .Є один старовинний рецепт "блакитна форель " , котру подавали до столу імператора , можна знайти в Google.
