XYZ was just a portion of XY, not a separate series. And while great, it wasn't flawless. Ash's coolness came at the cost of him not acting like the kid he's supposed to be, for example.

Believe it or not, the sleepy time mark has the same odds as the uncommon mark, aka 1 in 50. So not that rare but as we all know, the uncommon mark never feels uncommon. On the other hand the Slump Mark is a personality mark, which is a 1 in 200 mark :O Also nice video dude :3 Edit: Pry should have finished the video first but also, the shiny pichu is pry in reference to the shiny pichu that was given away as an event pokemon in HG/SS. It was known as the 'pikachu colored pichu' since the pokemon company didn't refer to shiny pokemon as shiny pokemon back then. It was used to activate a special event that would allow you to get the unique spiky eared pichu also seen in that image you used. So it appearing in that ending with the notched eared pichu was pry just a reference to the event or to go with the event.

If you want to be technical Shiny Rayquaza, Shiny Entei, Shiny Raikou, Shiny Suicune appeared in the movies alongside Shiny Golurk and Hydreigon. Currently in the Japanese Dub for Pokemon Horizons Shiny Zygarde 10% forme. Shiny Guzzlord(Two of them) appeared in the Sun/Moon anime. But if you at shiny hunting only in S/V the Movie Shinies are fine to skip

I can’t wait for part two in which you have to get all of the shiny Legendary/Mythical Pokemon that appeared in the anime. Luckily there aren’t as many of them. The Legendary Beasts, Celebi, Rayquaza, Zygarde, Tapu Koko, Nihilego, and Guzzlord are the only ones you need. Genesect and Magearna are too hard to get normally, so I decided not to count them. But you can get a legitimate shiny Celebi, so I let that one count.

XYZ is just a season in XY, not a separate series. While I admit that it was a cool series, it also had some flaws. Ash is supposed to be a kid, so this series kinda made him a bit overly mature. Greninja essentially hogged the spotlight and took a lot of screentime and wins away from Ash's other Kalos Pokémon. And hey, even if you don't like Ash's SM design (I have no problem with it personally), he regained a more "traditional" design in Journeys. I'm not sure what my favorite series is, but DP and SM are definitely up there.

You failed this challenge. There's Guzzlord, Rayquaza, Zygarde Druddigon, Swailow, Hisuian Zarua and Hisuian Zorark. There's three shiny Majikarp. There's two shiny Pikachu , the fist one appears in same episode as the shiny Phantomp. There's two shiny Garyados. One owned by Lance and one owned by Lysandre.
