honestly travelling in a train in India is much much much better and convienent, cheap and relaxing than taking a flight. Indian railway has great connectivity and can get you anywhere and everywhere except it takes a little longer but the views, the people you meet there are amazing

You must be kidding! Indian trains are typically unpunctual, very slow, quite dirty (especially the bathrooms),and the available food looks unhygienic. The train stations are uncomfortable and hot in summer. The booking can be a bit complicated as you often cannot buy a ticket for 1 train and travel on another. The trains are incredibly cheap, and can be relaxing, and you do meet fun people, and places are all quite well connected. So all in all, it is a mixed experience.

I completely agree with you Mam.. The Toilets do smell. It doesn’t matter whether it’s Indian or Western style.. Majority of us lack the sole responsibility of flushing toilets let alone keeping the washroom clean. I feel pity for those wretched people. They’ll not maintain hygiene even if the Indian Railways launch bullet train services in the near future. It creates a bad reputation for our homeland as a whole. This is the sad reality of our country- An honest message from a Top Central Government official.

These are actually one of the best daily travel trains in India (Not counting the luxury trains cause they cause- 1k-10k USD). Earlier best trains used to be Tejas and Rajdhani. Lucky you that you visited in 2023. Earlier we had very few Vande Bharat and they were running on very few routes. But the govt. is spending around 15 Billion USD in 2023 on Indian Railways to make it a better, luxurious and safer way of travel.

I honestly regret not filming more there! I don’t have any more footage of Ahmedabad ☹️ I do regret that! We only stayed for 2 nights and we left early the last day. We are running out of time to fit every city in so we had to sacrifice some time somewhere. I’m sorry! 🙏🏻☺️
