Props on that guy for making up with his sister. I'm sure it must have been hard but in the end she did genuinely seem to be making an effort (at least after asking for money). I'm generally in favor of second chances as long as the other party is truly repentant (though like he said, definitely gotta play things by ear to make sure she stays that way).
