Actually it's not so convenient time for being around Assam because of the monsoon season and heavy rainfalls. Most of the tourist sites are hard to reach because of this. But regardless if you hold interest in world history you can pay a visit to Sivasagar District of Assam. Thank you❤

Tea is something people use to drink for health rather than taste and u will be amazed to know the highest auctioned tea named golden pearl is priced 1.5 lacs per kg which is near about 1830 US dollars per kg and that is also from Assam

The tea is expensive because its healthy,rare,and the process of manufacturing it.And ur actually at the tea auction centre GTAC.The rarest and high quality tea are auctioned here in thousands of dollars per KG.And assam tea is famous all over the world.There is also a Tea research institute in Jorhat which is I guess the only tea research institute in the country.
