There is a song called “coming up on the rough side of the mountain “. I know many times I actually chose the rough side of the mountain and I didn’t need to choose the rough side. Out of stubbornness, out of curiosity, out of stupidity and so on. I can’t redo those rough sides now but I can be mindful to choose the side I climb with respect for myself and making decisions on my own without others steering me to the rough side of the mountain. If you are on a rough side; and continue to climb that side not liking it, you can change course. Even if that means to climb down the rough side to start over again.

It took awhile to get here but that doesn’t matter how long or how I got to this point as long as I use my knowledge for not just my own betterment but to also give the knowledge away to others. I completely agree with this sentiment. I used to judge others who I didn't see as 'hard working' as I was. Now I realize that was a mistake. I think most people could (and should) be living more fulfilling lives, but we're kind of at the mercy of economic machinery that compels us to live in conflict with our higher selves. Today I wish nothing but fulfillment and full realization of self for all people on earth.

I had emergency surgery for a bifurcated lower aorta in late June. I had a stent put in. I had my spinal fluid and brain fluid drained before the surgery. Afterward I had severe pain down the back of my legs. It may be nerve pain. It is a long wait before I see a back pain surgeon to advise me about that and perhaps refer me for physical therapy. I want you to know that right after surgery I started following your life style questions you were asking your patients about. I stopped salt, sugar, and flour (mostly), eat veggies and some fruit, and maybe a little salmon. I aim for no stress in my life. Sleep correctly. Exercise a bit every day. Go outside. Love my two little dogs. See the similarities? The nerve pain is resolving on its own. My parents lived in Yakima, Washington in the 80s for a while. They have passed on. One day my Mom took me to Mt Rainier to see the wild flowers in the Spring. Is that Mount Rainier in today’s video?

Look at all the amazing systems in the body, at the cellular level or in the earths biomes and food chains. The different ecosystems and physics. The way that air pressure works or even our own autonomous systems. It’s really Amazing! It’s when I notice all these wonders… that I see they had to be created by a Creator. One thing I know is that if we all aim for the same mountain peak… then we believe in something higher than ourselves. After all that is what a mountain is. Some believe that to be a place, some believe that to be a king, some believe that to be God or ourselves as God. Personally, I believe that God is at the peak. And so I also believe that this God has the ability to communicate in mysterious ways to you if you call out to him with a sincere heart. I believe God loves us. It’s like having your iPhone lost and seeing who can find God with the GPS turned off. Who can observe, listen and see the signs he gives in life, events, trials and tribulations or even in dreams. God knows a very special way to communicate to you personally. If he is the creator than he is a master craftsman and can tailor a message for you with such a fine precision that even the most steady handed would be in awe. Awesome footage btw.

Very true. Everyone is truly seeking Love, Peace and Joy. But these can only be found through God's Spirit. And Ive learned that over the years, your circumstances (where you live, and where you work, etc) have very little to do with this. Because God gives you peace despite what you are surrounded by. You can only live in the wilderness for so long before you no longer feel and joy, you can only work your dream job for some long before you no longer like it anymore. That's because peace, love and joy do not come from anything of this world. It only comes from God's spirit. I live in Thailand right now in the middle of a beautiful jungle at the foot of a mountain and I hear birds chirping all day long. I teach English online for extra money. And I'm ready to go back home to the chaos of the USA to be apart of society again and to see my family and friends.
