He is training boxing right now and he gets down on the half pipe on his skateboard, check him out. He is a good dude who had a ruff patch and now doing big things.

While training my glute medius unilaterally at the gym yesterday, I noticed a guy doing face pulls without engaging his supraspinatus muscle properly. This was so shocking and disgraceful to me that I went up to him and spat in his face. Long story short, we got into a fight and I ended up knocking him out with a spinning back fist (in a manner that resembles a unilateral band pull-apart with rotation of the torso). The poor guy was rushed to the hospital and I got kicked out from my gym, but I got an amazing pump in my right rotator cuff from throwing that shot, so it was all worth it. Now I just need to hit someone with my left to avoid developing muscle imbalances.

Never too old, stay strong, stay as big as possible, with precise muscle concentration. What I mean your focus like on a curl with 100% concentration, working through the muscle, not just curling to meet the numbers. Quality vrs quantity, quality plus quantity out does quantity alone. Arnold S. did the same reps and workouts as his gym colleagues. The difference was Arnold's curls as such were through the muscle, full concentration and focus a major workout for the muscle. That's why he got big and his colleagues in the gym never got anywhere near his heights, because they were going through their usual ritual but no full focus. Wrestlers into their old age may reduce a bit in muscular size, but tendon strength hangs around a lot longer even when you are old age. Body builder's have problems as their muscles can grow quickly with intense training but their tendon development can take years. That's when injuries happen when one is too advanced for the other to support. Though it works to your advantage when it goes the other way because tendon strength hangs around for years well after your muscles start deminishing. I'm 57 and I've never been any stronger or bigger than I have ever been, and I'm still progressing, with no jungle juice either. Focus on every movement then gains can be made in a small time. Mike I think you can match Devons power wise but he is like you and knows a lot around the hand, and the straps. What I mean you both are professors in the field of arm wrestling, in practice, and theory and both have extensive experience. One thing Devon has over you he's a louder screamer hahaha. Yes definitely a huge match in May, live coverage. Both you are endurance people, hope you don't gas out breathing wise. After some of your workouts with Larry, and others your puffing breathing heaps, much more than those with you, as if you had been sprinting. Work on your aroebic ability, and pay some more time to your tendons as they will be with you for life. I can see you kicking young buck arses at 70. Happy pulling. I'm kicking arse wrestling cocky 20 year olds, they shocked when someone almost triple their age, can hold them all day and pin them at will. Never too old.

I think they switch between a real camera and a camera phone pretty frequently. I'd recommend they get rid of the camera phone. It's kind of distracting once you notice the big changes in video quality for different clips.

You and Devon and Juji and Larry and blowing up arm wrestling worldwide and good for you guys. I know you and the other Pros have been paying dues for decades mostly for fun, and some money, but with what you guys are doing for the sport is opening the door for everyone to have a shot at making arm wrestling a REAL fitness career and that is awesome! Blood, sweat, tears, inflamed tendons, bad elbows, shoulders, biceps, and all that has to have taken a serious toll on you in 31 years. When I was started watching, I saw all the trash talk and tempers and anger and screaming and I though most of you guys at the top are arrogant assholes mostly, but the more I watched, the more impressed I was at just how humble you and some of the other big name guys are. Congrats to you guys!! I’ve never lost a match at a bar, so I think I deserve a shot at the Monster.......lol (Fine print: MT only gets to use 1 finger....)

Great video! I did notice the lights flickering. That's caused by the shutter speed setting on your recording device. Last I checked you were recording with a cell phone. If all your doing is hitting the record button and not making any manual adjustments to the shutter speed or the framerate at which your camera is recording then I'd suggest you try making some manual adjustments to your camera to avoid the flickering. I could go on and on but for the sake of simplicity I suggest you do some research on KZbin on how to properly set up your phone for recording with manual settings. I know you care about the quality of your content so I thought I'd throw my .02 out there. Y'all keep up the great content 👏👌👍
