Isolated from all other parts of the game column 5 alone would take me around 3 hours. THI and TTM wouldn't be so bad, though I'm weird and like to go in order, Bowser stage red coins aren't too awful either since I always go for them anyway, but 100 coins in TTC took me an hour on my first 100%. All Stars in RR took me an hour and a half that same run. Cloud stage wasn't as bad, but I still spent a solid chunk of time getting everything there.
