I love how much one can improve at the Sans fight. Like, I once remember long ago when certain attacks seemed _impossible_ to dodge, and now I can beat him without eating a single piece of food. With even more time spent fighting him, I bet I could eventually no-hit it.

ON GOD I used to come home from school and try Sans for hours and hours and hours!! I kept count but I lost count past 200 attempts. It was like 21something attempts before I finally beat him but it's been like six years and I still have the movements of the fight muscle memorized and can beat Bad Time Sim on a whim 😭😭

Yeah the only other fight that destroys new players THIS fast that I know, is NKG (Nightmare King Grimm) from Hollow Knight. With many of the hardest Souls bosses, people at least survive for a little bit.

Small Fun fact about Geno Route You can actually spare monster, the thing that trigger the next part of genocide route is the number of monster, so if you need 14 kills on Snowdin, you can spare Jerry or a "hard" to kill monster and still doing genocide if you end up killing 14 monsters, thats what we do on early geno speedruns

I’m 2 and a half hours in and he still eats food at the worst possible time, something that took me 2 attempts to realize: if you are being “poisoned” by the KR, wait in the menu until you are knocked down to 1 health, as this poison will never kill you, and THEN eat a max heal item like the Pie or Instant Noodles. I’m barely into the video and there’s been countless times where he’ll eat the Pie while still being poisoned and goes down to 70 HP unnecessarily when he could’ve just waited 5 seconds to stop being poisoned and gotten up to 92 (full) HP.

based on flowy's comments at the end of the other routs, and that most people are not going to save or kill every monster as you have to really go out of your way to commit genocide, that the story natural progression is neutral, pacific, genocide. Considering genocide croups your game also strongly argues that genocide is the final rout to take not the first.

But do rest for a time tho 5 hours non-stop is no joke, hope ya feeling good *SPOILERS AHEAD* I remember when I fought sans the only reason I did the No Mercy Route was because I wanted to fight sans and hear megalovania because of the memes do I think it was worth it? eh, probably not? it depends, when I did it I was already spoiled of most parts of the plot so, it wasn't anything THAT new for me, which is sad Although, in Deltarune it's a whole different story I managed to avoid most chapter 1 spoilers and played chapter 2 as soon as it released it was the most hyped and epic gaming experience I've had in a long while but oh no, I'm not doing the weird route if I learned anything from Undertale is to not kill and not kill I will and I'm not giving up on that The only thing I'm hoping on is, when Toby adds MEGALOVANIA to Deltarune, is to make it in a Mercy Route too kinda like how BIG SHOT was it played in both routes so no "epicness and awesomeness" was lost the only thing that might make you do the _other_ route is if you like *_chilling_* vibes

Hey eric, ill give you a couple tips. 1. Try using keyboard instead of controller, it helps a lot and there is a lot of unnecessary movement. 2. For the 2nd move try tapping the dpad/keys quickly instead of holding it down 3. Take each try memorizing the attacks and where to move 4. A lot of FUCKING LUCK

Luck isn't really a thing here. As long as you aren't learning deficient, you'll pick up on the patterns pretty fast especially since the attacks are very choreographed with the only real random ones being the blaster and wall slam attacks.

Its a huge fan collaboration taking 42 tracks from the True Pacifist soundtrack and telling the story of Undertale in kinda like a musical type fashion. Its 4 hours long but definitely one of the biggest fan projects looking into They also did a seperate genocide collection with 11 songs that is just over an hour

i’m surprised he spent 5 hours straight fighting sans. the first time i did it, i gave up after a few days of fighting on and off. i did another pacifist and left the game alone for a few months/weeks (i forgor) of course, i came back and finished the fight. then i did pacifist again, did some secrets, and decided i want to no hit sans still working on it but i’m doing pretty well. i’ve beaten sans with only 1 heal and done no-hit phase 1, so i’m getting close.
