We fished Hopedale Monday, compressor rig in elio, plastics, most trout between 15-19” and tons of sheep’s.

Those "Down South Lures" are sick. I fish'em here in the Tampa Bay area. Trout, Redfish, Flounder magnets for sure 👍 Burner Shad "Purple Reign" and "Bone Diamond" will catch fish anywhere in the world 🔥👍

Thats my friend was an epic day of fishing for sure. Glad to see the boat back on the water. The wife and OI got into a few nice trout while I was cast netting for shrimp using small live croaker I was catching in the net and it sure was fun. Great video, God bless and see you on the next one.

@@JCASTELLUCCIOJR I used a few different lures, but the main one was the Down South “Burner Shad” which they say is a 3.5” It’s about the same length as a matrix shad. I was gonna measure one for you, but I used them all up on the trip.

@@Jar_Fishing great man! we have a good marsh system on the al/ms line. You have given me an idea here to fish the small satellite rigs in mobile bay! I have a honey hole where I catch some fat specks and I mean FAT! However, they disappear to spawn around May. I frequent Reggio and delecroix for some killer red fishing!

Thanks Karl. Spot number one was inside the barrier islands. Not a bad run when the water is that calm. I would have went to Hopedale, but when I saw the wind forecast, decided to go straight to the coast.

I don’t know if you noticed all the finfish bait running around in the back lagoons of Delacroix area , haven’t seen that in awhile , believe once these shrimp leave it’s going to be epic on the trout using hard plastic , my favorite thing to use during the winter months when we get cold temperatures and the big girls will come up on the flats to warm up and feed , last 3 days I been on a grind hitting the water , tagging two 18 inch trout in 3 ft of water in duck ponds , tagged 100 trout and 2 reds, for TagLa
