My dad bought a 92 W250 LE. Was the truck I grew up with. I’ve been on the hunt for a clean example for years! By far the coolest trucks.

I've had 5 first gen 12v's over the years, a 1990 non-inter cooled 2wd 5 speed getrag, a '93 intercooled club cab 2wd dually auto with 138k miles! Bought that one for $1000 bucks in Colorado! No rust, straight body, the interior was mint! A 1992 inter cooled 4wd auto reg cab, twin turbs, built trans, all sooped up under the hood, industrial injection super VE injection pump. It was all done up nice, i had a nice CM flatbed on it with 35's. Solid body, no rust. Then the last one I had was a '93 inter cooled reg cab 2wd factory piss rear end, 5 speed getrag. Maroon 2 tone factory color, Clean straight rust free body, mint ow tan color interior, had 200k on it, everything was tip top solid, even the factory OE r12 Freon a/c blew ice ice cold! Between these 4 first gen 12v's I never spent more than $2500 on one of them! The prices these days are insane! The maroon one I traded a $900 VW rabbit 'caddy truck' with factory oe hard topper, it had the 4 cyl IDI non turbo diesel engine and a manual trans! It was super clean, baby blue! No rust. Was a gen, but I traded that straight across for the '93 2wd truck. I suped that one up with a bigger hx35w turb from a second gen 24v, head studs, valve springs, push Rods, bumped the timing tuned the pump, I did all sorts of stuff under the hood it was spicy 🌶️ Colorado is a great state just like AZ to find good clean, straight, rust free trucks in! The AZ desert dry heat and sun is hard on rubber seals, dash tops, rubber seals and gaskets dry rot and crack out in the az hot dry sun, dashes and door panels fade and crack, paint fades and cracks, I mean first and second gen dodges weren't known for having the best factory or paint! But Colorado denture salt on the roads! I'm in grand junction CO and it hardly snows here except up on the mesa, at higher elevations, like 8000 ft + in elevation. But colorwod dosent dump salt on the roads by the truck loads like all the states east of Kansas and up north! Rocket panels, doors and inner fenders and fender wells don't rust and rot out here in Colorado, it's rare to even find anything with rusty rockers here in CO. None of those first gen's had any rust, not a single speck anywhere. I lived in Phx az for 3-4 yrs. And went to auto diesel school at the Arizona automotive institute in Glendale! It's insane how much first gen's are bringing. I wish I would have held on to even the 2wd ones! Manual trans of course! They were solid trucks, great fuel milage, could tow a house. Was basically a street tractor! These days I've got a super clean, super low milage 2nd gen, the unicorn of them all! An '02 24v HO 6 speed manual. Club cab, 4wd, long bed. I bought it from the org owner in Denver CO with 79knmiles on it! All org all mint, all perfect, unmolested, all stock, untouched, never chipped, garage kept! Old man driven gramps truck. I gave $16k for it. That was 9 yrs ago! Currently it just hit 100,000 miles so it finally just got broke in!

That's a beautiful truck, but $60K. Still cheaper than the new ones. I always loved the look of a W350 Ext Cab 4x4. Nice vid brother.

Makes me wonder what this thing will be worth 30 years from now in this kind of condition. I really miss my 93 . I have an 01 24 valve now, but still love the 1st gens. What rear end does this truck have, 4:10s?

This truck has 3.54 gears in the rear end and the Dana 60 front. My favorite gearing these trucks offered from factory.

What a beauty. It's a shame that these trucks are now going to just be garage queens. They are beasts of a work truck!! The owner is a smart guy imo, he has this 1st Gen and a 4Runner just like me!! 😉😉😉

Well, when you use them has work trucks they don’t look this nice anymore. I do see some really nice 1st Gens put to work but it’s like the old 70s classic cars. They are becoming collectors items. The ones that are in this good of condition.
