Hey Guys, you can download the code here: www.skool.com/automated-traders-elite/about I just created a community for everyone who wants to interact with other algotraders. I will also upload the code files from all of my KZbin tutorials (from now on) to this group. The code of this DCA Strategy is already uploaded and waiting for you. This saves you from the hustle of copying everything if you only want to test the EA or make some adjustments. Hope you like it! Let us all grow together!

Youb are doing here a perfect job on YT and i am near to you, that such a community might be perfect. But your price from $49/Month -in my opinion- is unrealistic. This only tells me, you are willing to get rich the next few month^^ Shure Skool cost something, but this is your choice, you can use any free bulletinboard and install it on a Server. I never will understand why someone decide positive for skool. You have no backend to dump you database, you can not change to another company or to change to your own server. Skool kills your flexibility from IT-side ;) Also skool is creap as consument, as you can not format your text bold, high, down, .... formatting stuff. If you need Support on IT side to install a Server, whatever just ask. ;) Back topic: 50$ / month for me is not realistic. Some key-points for me .... - I am profittable since years in real money, - I am working with my own strategies, - with my self written EAs - YT is just fun ... - I am not interessted in getting your code as a copy (for stuff like this is github and not skool 🤣 ) Every newbee should write every word and sign for his own, to catch all of the mistakes. So this service will only collect looser in your community. Just my 50Cent
@dunknow9486Ай бұрын
The channel is too expensive as it is 49 per month and now it only has 1 code. Just don't make senses to sign up now. If you can put all the old code, I will signup. I don't understand what stop you from putting in old code, as you keep saying you are to say. Maybe you want more money??

I love your coding videos! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, and importantly, reasoning! I hope to compile sections (trailing stops, recent highs/lows, wait for new candle,etc. ) from your videos into a template EA that I can use when I Frankenstein strategy ideas that would already contain my favorite bits. I wonder for instance, if recent highs/lows could be used as support, so I hope to get code from your video about trailing a stop at the previous high/low and Frankenstein it into this beautiful piece of work. You inspire me, Rene! Thanks again for showing me how to use code to catch opportunities when I’m not at my computer. I look forward to learning more about how to code from your course when I can afford it. Please keep making these awesome videos in the meantime!

Useful Improvements: Positionopening should be manual and then the EA should activate the DCA, Implement a function to set the number of DCA Levels manually, Let the EA close the position at a certain level of loss per Position with DCA, Let the user manually limit the number of pairs he wants to be in
@jirka6058Ай бұрын
Do you trade this method manually? I think the key is to set proper number of levels and bullet sizes. Everything else is just execution. I like to manually open on potential swing points. Its better from probability point of view and win rate is slightly better then just random entering. Also volume spikes are good entries.

Bin gespannt!

@johnng5195Ай бұрын
Thanks for the video, I have real account in martingale, Martingale is not a bad one but eventually there are 2 important ones that you have already mentioned , 1) invest what you can lose, and martingale is a risky one, so knowing what you can lose and afford to lose is key, 2) is the speed on earning profit and the frequency of losing or "blowing", the algo must earn faster than losing, and have a good recovery rate, with this a martingale algo can yield positive expected return. Finally thanks, I only know how to code multiple CCY in mql5 using dynamic array using struct, and you show me new CSymbol class which is really cool ( at least I learn), which make the program much simpler than I have to define a struct myself. Interesting though on using ATR.. thanks I did learn a lot on mql5 programming from your video.. ( I know c, c++ and java... but relative new to mql5, start learning from mql4 and mql5 a couple of months ago) .. now I have written my own ea and already tested in BT , demo account and put in real production real trade accounts for 2-3 months already.

@julianmayer4127Ай бұрын
hi rene, have you heard about the gann HiLo indicator before? It's often used in martingale/grid EAs and helps prevent the EA form opening positions in impulsive markets
@ralphhaan4163Ай бұрын
Good work! Can you also run a test on random entry? To see what difference it makes compare to set up entry. Also maybe interesting is when you are for example on sequence 0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0,02( now close the first 0.01 trade) 0,02 (now close the 2th 0.01 trade etc.) . So you dont let the losing ones get bigger and maybe protect margin outrun. Grtzzz

What you think about use the standard deviation indicator instead of the atr, i mean creat a kind grid of trades each time 1 or more SD the price reach or divide 1 SD in 2 equal part and add trades with the some principle both sh and lg?!

@minnoxdnbАй бұрын
Translation: The danger is that viewers without sufficient background knowledge or experience believe they can earn money quickly. This is comparable to a layman with a scalpel believing he can operate like a trained surgeon. You should therefore always practice with demo accounts first and never use real money straight away. In addition, before starting out and following the so-called gurus (almost all of whom only want to sell their courses and generate KZbin revenue), it must be clear to everyone that someone who consistently makes 20% profit every year is already in the top league. The higher the profit, the higher the risk, and therefore the likelihood of losing everything in a short space of time.

Hi , I use this strategy manually to have it automate it would be great ! What I do to reduce the period of heavy drawdown is I use part of the profit to close partial of the trades that are losing the most, this help me a lot to stay away to any possible margin call. Do you think is possible to add this to your EA ?

@FighterFredАй бұрын
Good job. But if drawdown is unimportant other strategies can be simpler. You can even use just one candle in one asset but with pyramiding if the price action is large enough. As for this strategy, a lower drawdown is probably possible when the ATR is very high and the price is lower than the previous buy and vice versa. For buys you want price to be low and so on.

@ReneBalkeАй бұрын

2% of account, t/p 1%, no stop loss. average in at resistance.support your winners will balance out your losers over 5 or 6 trades. Nick shawn actually sets his t/p too high and which is why he can''t always break even.

Great series on DCA strategy coding. Learned a lot. ❤ I have one question though as I am new to trading (still practicing with demo accounts). At 19:15 of this video, you mentioned that after doubling our account, we can theoretically blow our account as we could have withdrawn our initial deposit. Can you or any of the viewers please explain how not withdrawing can blow the account? Thanks 🙏
@wafzafАй бұрын
After 2x your account, by withdrawing your initial capital, you are essentially risk free as the stop loss used in the strategy is the account balance. Blowing the entire account is fine now in theory.

Hi Rene, first of all: you've done an amaaaazing job and I'm thrilled to see the exact bot I was trying to create. As you are already giving this code away for free for anyone willing to manually copy it, let me give you some advise from a marketing perspective: people are very much willing to pay to save money (= one of the most common pain points that can make for a successful marketing strategy). If you would just put the code up to copy and paste for ten or twenty bucks you'd probably sell a lot of copies and maybe even more of your courses as people want to know how to adjust it.
