I think the idea is if you foil the bad thing they were trying to do then it's a "good" ending, which means like the voice said, they couldn't make you the bad person and thus are punished. Kyle wanted your help killing his mom but you didn't let it happen. Burt wanted fame and you didn't let that happen, etc. For the ones where you helped them achieve the bad thing they wanted (hurting Lucy for the influencer and helping the banker kill Sally) that means they weren't punished. That's kind of really cool. Makes me want to play the game.

Kevin, I know how to get the other endings. The other 3 endings are based on your actions with the 6 character’s side missions. You must complete their whole quest line, but at the end help them or hurt them. Helping all of them gets you one ending. Hurting all of them gets you another ending. Completing none of their quest lines gets you another ending. Karma and other side missions don’t matter. I think you would enjoy the ending where you help everyone. To get that ending you must let Lawrence kill Sally, get the mayor re-elected, not snitch on the sheriff, perform high-risk surgery on Lucy, put the medicine in Kyle’s mom’s glass, and not screw up Burt’s sign. Please like so Kevin will see! Edit: I’ve found a few glitches and exploits when playing that can be helpful. 1. Infinite money/xp, On day 1 the clock will stop at 7 pm, you must go to sleep to progress. This means you can complete the hitman and delivery missions, load an auto save from right after the mission we’re completed, then you can do them again infinitely. 2. Family needs exploit, pass out everyday instead of going home, and your family’s needs will be at their maximum when you wake up.

To clear it up: The reason the "bad" endings weren't in Delroy's place was because each quest was supposed to make you a villian. You failed to be the villian for the mayor, burt, and kyle. You succeeded in being the villain for the sheriff, the star, and Lawrence

It said during the ending that the six characters you saw in the end (with the percentage of their story) were supposed to make you the bad guy. The ones that failed were killed of or tortured during the ending. (The three people you had a good/ neutral ending with). The others with the bad ending weren’t there because they fulfilled their job turning you into a bad human being

Maybe you've already figured it out during editing, but the reason why the people who you got the good ending for are there in the end are explained a 9:36. The goal of each person was to make you do bad things, so for you to get the bad ending. The ones that didn't succeed in that, thus ending with the good ending (or not getting to the ending in the case of the mayor, actually), we punished for failing. And their punishment is what you are executing. Devilishly fun game, I must say :) Oh, btw, don't really want to haggle, but I was wondering if you are going to continue with the latest Minecraft series. I am feeling a bit of a lack of closure from it :)
